Poor user interface, confusing app lacks intuitiveness, could not even get to the point to receive a code to register/use the lock, poor investment.

It took a while for me to learn but it is very nice and convenient. However, when I received it the battery was 80%.

App did not work. The lock would not open so it was useless. I returned it.
