Easy to apply, use; MUCH safer than over-the-door weighted traction
Since having poliomyelitis at age four years (1950), I've had chronic and now acute cervical spine problems. As a medical professional, I have used home cervical traction intermittently over the years, and am grateful to find non-weighted traction devices like this one. The cuff was easy to apply and adjust. Inflation of the cuff was also easy, since the inflation bulb is exactly like the one used in blood pressure cuffs. I also use this traction device to relieve headache pain from occipital neuralgia.NOTE: I found no documented recommendation for a time limit for traction, and feel the manufacturer does the consumer a disservice by not placing a time limit for traction sessions, which I confirmed with a medical colleague should be no longer than 15-20 minutes per session.

I am so excited about this product! I had a really hurtful pain in my neck and I also tried physical therapy for more than 6 months and other therapeutic methods that were supposed to help. None of this worked until this product.I only used this cervical device twice for 20 minutes and it released all the pain I had. Another Piece of Junk from China
This worked once and then would not deflate fully. Clever way to make it non-returnable since it won't fit in the box. Partially inflated it would not inflate again either. I can hear the air being forced out where the two pieces of tubing meet the metal control valve. I have no idea why they can't raise the price a dollar and make this work.What an absolute scam. I'm starting to question using Amazon anymore.

Great material, velcro sticks properly. Helped me correct my posture
I tried another exercises and products before but I was really disappointed by the results. For this neck device the material is great quality, the velcro sticks properly, it is perfectly positioned and it does not hurt you while you fill the neck pillow with air. It is just perfect! I wear it when I am working on my computer because I tend to have a bad posture when I am working. It helped me a lot to correct my posture. I totally recommend buying this product!

Helpful until the low quality tubing falls apart
Poor quality tubing. After repairing the inflation tubing twice, it is now completely disintegrating. This was helpful for a neck problem while it lasted, but now it's useless junk.

Great pain reliever
Bought this for my husband and I. Our chiropractor suggested we use this to help straighten our neck/vertebrae and decrease pain and headaches. It works and feels so good when you stretch your neck to the maximum.
