So, I have lower back issues. Sleeping on my side and stomach has been a lifetime habit, and I just can't do it anymore, it is far to painful.The first night I fell asleep like a baby. At some point I woke up and felt that the pillow was too firm. Buuuut, I thought that this might just be me being used to a fluffy foam pillow. The second night I slept soooo goooood. I woke up once in the middle of the night, not to toss and turn as usual, but it felt like I'd gone through my first REM and was just feeling so good. I kept on my back the whole night, cozying into the parts of the pillow that gently held me in place.So far so good with this pillow, we will see how it works in the longterm. I'll try to update, especially if problems occur.If I could change one thing about the pillow I would make the neck support a little higher and where my head depresses a little lower. Neither by too much. I understand this pillow was affordable and made for the average person. I have a long neck. Still five stars.

I had several foam pillow but it did not help me with my whiplash (I had a nasty fall in a hotel lobby and doctor diagnosed whiplash after having headache and neck pain for two months). She recommend I try a new pillow. I decided to go with this odd shape one. This helps to support my neck and yet not too much pressure on my TMJ. I have used for more two weeks now and it seems to slowly relieve the pain. My headaches stopped a week and half ago. It did take me a few nights to adjust to the weird shape. Smell was not too bad when it was taken out of box. Overall, it does help with my whiplash and started sleeping better.

The product didn't provide the support I needed, but the company worked with me to return it and help me get to a product that did work. Definitely worth trying out, as I think the design is good and there's company support if the initial one you order isn't exactly your dream pillow.

This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I suffer chronic neck pain and have arthritis in my neck, and I actually wake up feeling a lot better than I used to. Now to see if it holds for a few months.

The right amount of support. Can sleep well on my back, side or stomach. I had neck pain from poor support for a while, but it has gotten better since using this.

I really appreciate and love this pillow, it’s very comfortable and suitable for me! Before I used the soft pillow which made my neck sore and uncomfortable every morning. This pillow is firm and make you feel good!I plan to buy more for my parents ;)

Ordered this twice,the second time was a reorder. There is NO WAY the pillows they sent me were the same as in the picture and discription . The sticker on bag doesn't have any matching numbers and falls short in measurements! The first pillow had no contouring to speak of and second one,only slightly better.
