Good glass for mp select V2; thick, round edges and fits well
I bought this to replace a piece of glass I pulled out of a picture frame to use on the printer. The picture frame glass was cheaper ($2) but the first one broke trying to cut it and the second I just left long so it hangs over the edge of the plate. This glass however fits perfectly. I do not have the issue others have mentioned where the corners are off. Mine aligns made for the printer with full access to the leveling screws. The glass is also about 3 times thicker which is a great heat stabilizer. And lastly, I like that the edges are rounded and safe to handle. I can't say I notice a printing or adhesion difference but this is definitely the way to go for a more permanent solution.

Nice and flat and fits like a glove
First off, props to the seller for sending a message before the package arrived reminding me to print a z-axis spacer; they even send a link to one you can download and print so don't forget to do that before you tear your original print bed surface off. As for the glass plate, it was cut perfect with no defects or sharp edges for an OEM-feel fit, and left easy access to the bed-leveling screws. But most importantly, there is almost no variance in thickness across the glass. My calipers measured under a thousandth of an inch variance all around, which was important to me because part of the reason I got this was because my print bed wasn't flat so it was impossible to level perfectly.

Just buy it
If you do nothing else to your MP select mini, at least get this bed. I ruined the build tak that came on my V2 after my second print due to how hard prints were to get off of if. Part of that was due to some bowing in the center which really smashed the first layer into the tak and I couldn't scrape it off and ended up ripping it.This bed was amazing to use and worth every penny. It more or less solved the bowing issue, and I used a bit of Aqua Net hairspray for good measure, but it may do fine if simply kept clean, ymmv. After the print was done, it popped right off including the supports, skirt and wipe also came off with ease. Before getting it, print a 3mm Z-spacer from thingiverse (the seller will remind you which is nice.). Takes about 30 minutes to print and snaps right on. No tools necessary.I also recommend using Goof Off to get the adhesive from the original bed off. Any solvent like acetone should work though. Just be careful of getting it on the rest of the machine!Oh, and small binder clips do just fine. Don't get medium (they're a little too big)

A good fit
Definitely a good option as a glass buildplate for a Monoprice Select Mini V2 (and V1, aaaaand probably v3, now that I think about it). The fit is perfect, the corners are cut very close to the screws so you don't lose much in the way of printing area in the corners. It IS thicker than the photo frame glass people like to use online, but the borosilicate glass will last through a LOT more thermal cycles, and it should hold up well to any accidental rough handling that can happen from trying to get prints off.I recommend a nice silicon thermal pad instead of just clips. The metal bed on the MPSM has a tendency to warp slightly when heated, and the silicon thermal pad will keep the glass flat even with the warping. Oh, and it'll stay on just fine without clips when using one.

Smooth prints, glass cuts are not straight though
Got this to add to my MPSM v2 since the metal bed started bending up in the middle and the buildtak began bubbling. Laid it on top of the buildtak because I was too lazy to peel and clean it, and attached with binder clips at either end of the Y axis. Calibration cube came out great with a smooth bottom, no glue or tape needed, as the bed cooled it came right off.Only gripe with the bed (which is why I took a star off) is that the sides of the glass are not straight. It's not a huge deal, but if I ever print anything that reaches the sides of the bed, I may need to do some modifications in Cura. Only a few mm though.

best Mini V2 upgrade EVER!
I have been wanting to switch to a glass bed for a long time and I regret I waited so long. There is no other solution if you want perfect prints. The glass bed was shipped promptly and, although I was aware of all the required modifications to install and use the bed, I appreciated the note from the seller with instructions on how to do so. I mounted the glass bed on the aluminum plate with paper clips and a thermally conductive silicone film sanwitched between the two. Stick glue works very well for promoting adhesion of PLA on the glass. The printing quality has improved dramatically, as shown in the attached pictures. Now the face in contact with the bed is smoother and nicer looking than the top face! The first pic illustrates a back-to-back comparison of two prints, one on blue tape and the other on glass. The print on blue tape (left) is warped and slightly thinner then the print on glass (right). The part printed on glass has uniform thickness to within 0.1 mm (used 0.2mm layer for this print). The second pic shows how the print on glass (right) has a nicer and flatter surface compared to the print on blue tape. I should point out that although PLA adheres strongly to the blue tape also, warping was enough to lift off the tape from the printer bed thereby ruining the part. It takes a little force to remove the part from the glass bed but at the end it's a small price to pay for perfect print quality. It shows what an incredible value the Mini V2 is with a few upgrades. I decided to try the bed before going for an upgrade and I'm glad I did. If I had to replace the Mini, the only worth upgrade would be a Prusa i3 MK3 which costs 750$ before shipping.

Nice clean bottom!
Works well; I put some heat conductive cream under for good measure. My prints stick well but come off easy. Two thumbs up!
