Is this microwave big enough to hold a 12inch dinner plate or a 12 in pizza?

Rotating tray is a bit over 12”. BTW, I love this crisper feature. I put my muffin on micro for 30 seconds and then on crisp for 2 minutes all is well with the world.

Is the microwave supposed to produce a loud rattling sound when heating using the crisp option?

I figured it wasn't supposed to. This came with no instruction manual.

Is there a power level button where you can choose your power?

You can’t. This microwave does NOT have that feature. I outlined a lot of things wrong with this thing in my review, this problem being one of them. I would have returned had my husband not thrown out this packing.
