It does not appear that this item includes potatoes. The side dish included is a 32oz tray of Mac and Cheese.

Q: How do i prepare? when do i defrost for thanksgiving?

Read the instructions that are provided with the meal kit. Put out the dessert in the refrigerator day before Thanksgiving. I cooked the Mac& cheese frozen from instructions provided on packaging. I transferred ham to refrigerator two days before, and followed instructions on cook time the day of Thanksgiving. The instructions are on the packaging wrappers.

In this case, the ham will serve 10-12 people, depending on portion size and the side dishes can serve 4-6.
