I had a list of minerals from my Endocrinologist and this bottle had all of them in a price I can afford monthly. I like this company very much.

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 2016, and have been taking levothyroxine for it. I’ve also just ordered a very well-reviewed brand’s desiccated thyroid with liver to try rotating into my supplement routine. It takes a few days to get this in your system. I don't have anything to base the performance of this product on other than how I feel. A few years ago I found product labeled "Drinkables" that sold trace minerals in a liquid form. Up until that time if I felt really good more that 2 days in a row it was rare. After using those trace minerals I perked up so to speak. For two years on my annual physical my hemoglobin increased over a point. After the third year it came down a point or back to where it was before I started using Drinkables. Either they changed the formula or I changed. I am hoping to get the same effect of more energy and "feeling better" from these Trace Minerals. Many of you probably garden or farm, you know full well that plants need the trace elements and micro-nutrient; cows, hog, goats, etc.. are usually supplemented with minerals. Our human diet sometimes goes lacking and we need those trace minerals and nutrients that are not found in much of our diet. I will update this review as I keep taking this supplement. This little review is my opinion only.

I was looking at several products which claimed to support your immune system since I am looking to protect myself and my children from the recent viruses going around. This product contains zinc which is widely recommended as well as selenium which is a trace mineral often lacking in much food nowadays (a recent blitz has claimed that China is one place where selenium deficiency is a problem, and that could be a factor in their illness; personally, I think smoking and air pollution are as well) . I liked this product because it did not contain TOO MUCH selenium which could be a problem if you already have enough selenium in your diet as most Americans probably do. I was looking for something which was at least as good as Airborne or other zinc tablets. The bottle I got has 90 capsules and only one capsule is enough to get a good dose. I am combining this with other flu-fighters such as Vitamin C and D to help build immunity the best we can. I like the fact that it is a capsule rather than pill since I think that should help with absorbency.

I like the fact that you get the Zinc (Bisgylcinate Chelate) along with manganase, boron, chromium, selenium and molybdenum in the mix. I'm no vitamin and suppliment expert but I am super dilligent in researching what will work best for me. This personally fits the bill.
