Mexicana Wooden 7.75 Inch Manual Tortilla Press

This product makes tortilla making easier because you do not have to roll the dough. Use lots of flour to prevent sticking. Does not get the tortillas as thin as we like them to be, so it still requires a little manipulation after pressing. It is still easier than rolling the dough.

Like another review mentioned, this pine wood was very soft and spongy. The wood was entirely unfinished with corners that were sharp. The hinges were flimsy. Overall, the tortilla press looked like something a 5th grader made in shop class.Not happy at all with this. It's probably going to go right in the trash.

Comes apart easily.

This is a really sturdy product and I've probably made at least 100 tortillas on this without feeling like an all-metal version would be better.

Made from soft spongy bendy wood, hinges were paper thin and held in by 3/4" drywall screws. Handle was poorly fitted and began to round out its pivot hole because the wood was so soft. Broke during the first use. I purchased because i thought this had to be better than the one i built myself. Turn out it wasn't

Works great!! Am happy with how fast i got it and is very well made...all wood :)

It does not work properly.Product which i got was not like new one.The screws were rusted.I was disappointed.

Makes perfect tortillas!
