A Nature Valley product that is always good for a great start to the day with a Fruit and Nut Bar and a cup of coffee. It came when promised in good condition.

Product is old. Expirtion date in about 6 weeks whereas for normal fresher stuff it would be about 6 months.

I eat these just about every day as my breakfast "cereal" since I can't do milk anymore. Very good tasting.

We always have these on hand in the office break room. Perfect midday snack. Tastes great and has natural ingredients (nuts, oats, fruit). A little high in sugar though - 2nd and 3rd ingredients are sugars - but at only 150 calories/bar it's a reasonably healthy snack. More filling/satisfying that a bag of chips or a candy bar.Check expiration date - when they get old they do get a little stale.

I use it as a snack.
