Daysy Fertility Monitor

I see a few really bad reviews, but it sounds like they are technical problems with the app or the thermometer. So of course, if you notice any problems within 1-2 weeks, have them send you a new one. But from my experience:I had HORRIBLE side effects from all different birth control pills (nausea, weight gain, optical migraines where I lose vision, mood swings, and many many more). So my doctor said I really shouldn't have anything super hormonal, so they suggested the MIRENA IUD. This was a BIG mistake. Had that for 6 months and was cramping all the time and bled for 46 days straight in the beginning with low sex-drive, pain during sex, and feeling depressed that I kept spotting all the time (and yes, it was properly inserted. They double checked). So I made the decision that I needed something that wasn't a FOREIGN OBJECT inside my body nor HORMONE PILLS that are just not good in the long-term for your body..... so I found the DAYSY tracker and my mind was blown!!! I hadn't even thought that it was possible to just take your temperature every day to figure out when and when not to have sex to avoid pregnancy. Since Day 1 of having my Daysy tracker, I haven't had any actually technical problems with the device. It took me a while to figure out how to take my temperature in the beginning, but eventually I understood that I had to let the lights turn off....then push once, then push once again so the blue circle swirled (that's when you put it in your mouth and wait). Then I would sync it up to the app to keep track. The only problems I have had was 2 times the app on my phone said that the 'battery was low'---but when I reached out to customer service, they told me to re-download the app and try it again. Low and behold, that worked! No problems since! It is VERY accurate----my spouse and I have had unprotected sex on the green days and no pregnancy. It does what it says--let's you know when it is the right time and when isn't. Soon we will use it as the opposite for when we want to start having children.HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is sick of the effects of hormonal birth control or other contraceptives like IUDs. Works great with me and my partner. VERY satisfied and will be using it for years to come.

Can’t say if the device works or not as I just recieved it, but I ordered a NEW Daysy. Mine arrived with the booklet upside down on the top, the battery and cover underneath Daysy and the Daysy upside down. After watching a Daysy official unboxing that isn’t how it’s meant to arrive. Not sure if it’s refurbished or if quality control didn’t check the packing on my specific device.

It’s worth the price works very well for me have been using it for 7 months now and everything is just fine, I once dropped it and it gave me a lot of yellow days so I called and they helped me fix it good customer service. If you have irregular periods you will have a lot of red days then green. Above all it just works well for me so far so I love b it.Update: it’s been a year now and I still love it very accurate as long as you follow the instructions everything will work well for you

In my opinion the Daisy is a great investment, and it is a very easy and simple way to track your fertility, I have no problems with it so far and thankfully no pregnancy I've been using it for almost a year now...Although i am very surprised by the negative reviews i see... some reviews are complaining about the daysy having to be plugged in to your phone to sync in the information.. i call that just plain laziness....Anyways. Daysy is awesome. Worth the money. :)

I was really excited to start using my Daysy, now I tell everyone DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. From the beginning it's been difficult to keep track of the number of different beeps/buzzes/flashing lights and what each one means and use the on/off button (must be pressed just the right way). Because syncing the device to my phone was so complicated (like comically complicated) and the customer service response involved so many emails back and forth I didn't realize until it was too late to return the device that it hasn't been consistently taking my temperature! Customer service now agrees that there is most likely something wrong with the device, however, their policy requires that I first send a video and that I pay for return shipping. I am disappointed with the inadequate customer service for such an expensive thermometer and do not trust Daysy to accurately track my fertility.

I really wanted Daysy to work. I had a friend who used it with success but I had nothing but problems since it arrived. The app was very poorly designed and I couldn't get the app to sync with Daysy even though I emailed customer support multiple times and reset Daysy multiple times. I followed every step to a T and made sure every odd trouble-shooting thing was done (the volume of your phone has to be on "loud" for the thermometer to sync with the app. Ha! what a joke!) After about a week and a half, without adequate support or answers or offers to replace my - what I can only assume - is a buggy thermometer, I decided to send my Daysy back for a refund. There are other basal thermometers with apps for a much cheaper price. Hoping the next one works!

Easy to use. Just have patience as it learns your cycle!

The product itself is fine but the app won’t sync on my iPhone 8. If you can’t track your temperatures, because you only get a light on the device (but if you’re looking for details and patterns) then the lack of a working app renders this useless. I called customer service during business hours and was redirected to a full voicemail.
