This is the second one that I bought. The first one after 13 years and two hurricanes still works great. So I decided to buy the same one and keep it in the box as a backup. If we do get another hurricane in this miserable heat, it is good to know that I have a generator I can depend on to run a medium-sized window air conditioner and some LED lights. After sitting in the hot humid garage for years, it starts on the pull and runs quite enough to have a conversation with someone. Just make sure after you are done with it, you MUST run it until ALL the gas is gone! It will stop running after all the gas is used up. Do that, and will start up the next time you need it. Also, I change the oil every 100 hours of use. With the hurricanes, that's about every 5 days.

Great genny for the price for sure. Low portability rating because it is sold without wheel kit. I don't need it as it is stationary at my cabin. I use it for random power outages. Pull starts easy-to-use (though the initial first start might take a couple pulls). Also, make sure you ADD OIL BEFORE STARTING, just a reminder. It can power my whole cabin if needed (one bedroom cabin with gas water heater and gas stove). Overall, works perfectly Great for my intended purpose.

Bought this right as tropical storm isaias struck the east coast. This is one of the cheaper generators with a lot of power. Quick and easy to set up. No problems. Feels durable and ran on 3/4 of a tank for over 11 hours no problem. It ran a fridge, an AC, multiple TVs, various chargers, wifi router, fans, a lamp, and a couple other things. It helped us get through a storm. Highly recommend.

After a few days, price jumped a LOT!

I bought this generator after we lost power for 4 days during last winter's ice storm. It has enought power to run a room size electric heater, some lights, and the TV. I broke it in as recommended in the instructions and found it to be easy to start and it runs well. it is on the noisey side. I bought a flat extension cord to go with this so that I can put the generator outside and run the power cord under a door. So far we have not had to use it but we will be better prepared for the next power outage.

Purchased this one of Amazon and it came in good shape. Removing brackets, adding 10w30 oil and running it for the recommended 5 hour break in period was easy (good drain plug location and directions). The oil was then changed to full synthetic 5w30 as it does tend to get cold here. I was impressed how easily it started (first pull) and it is relatively quiet for a generator (decent sized muffler). I own a Coleman 5Kw and that thing is LOUD in comparison. Hope it runs for a long time as it will be my primary outage backup for fridge, sump and freezer. Premium fuel with stabilizer to be changed every year. used or not.

This Generator is really nice. So far it has performed as I had hoped it would.I would have given this Generator 5 stars, but 2 things kept me from doing so.Two months after receiving it, The Intelli-Volt Display stopped working. I wrote the company regarding the Warranty, and what happened, They told me to register the Generator. I did just that. Submitted my issue, and haven't heard a thing from them. So coupled with the Failing Voltage Readout, and the Customer Service regarding Warranty, They only get, 3 stars.It's a shame really, I was going to buy another Generator and one of their Log Splitters.Oh well.

I have a hot water pressure washer. It is self contained with a 2000 watt generator that ran off the motor for the pressure washer. It went out was very old. I looked for a replacement they were over 500 dollars. I decided to start looking at other options and found this one . 311 dollars for twice power plus I can move it if needed. I serviced it and started it ran about an hour. Today I plugged in my hot water plug for my pressure washer and the generator did not lug at all. This is a 120 volt Wayne oil burner that heats my water. My other generator lugged when it started. Very impressed with watt output.

Funciona correctamente

No he probado el producto ya que no ha habido oportunidad de usarlo, pero solo de 1ra instancia se ven de una muy buena calidad, todo bien explicado en el manual , espero que valga la pena, pero por comentarios previos se podría decir que si.Lo único que no me gustó es que llegó una versión más austera , tiene la misma potencia pero los contactos no tienen protección como el de la imagen. De ahí en fuera todo bien
