I bought this for a large rental 1920's bungalow farm house. the dimensions were right on and it fit perfectly in the opening. The Flame and logs look good and the color options are nice along with the dimmable programs. the heating element works well. Have not tested how well it warms up a large living room yet but it seems like a good supplemental source. I turned it on and asked one of my workers what he thought and he said " I love it!". As far as I know he only loves his truck and his dewalt tools and his dog so I will take it as high praise! the only negative I have to say about it is that it seems like when it is off, it has a slight wavy feel to the glass. But I am sure it will set the room off and help tent the house. Glad to have it and at a decent price!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my man friend. He LOVES it!!! It was fairly easy for him to install. It makes the room nice and toasty. Perfect those cold winter days.

This fireplace seems to function very nice and is very relaxing to have on in the evening. One thing missing, I think I will look for a fire noise maker to make the sound of a real fire, other than that, for the money this is a great product.Make sure you watch for a coupon check box by the price that could pop up, it covered the tax and it was what made me press the button to finally purchase this fireplace.

Researched a long time to find this size electric fireplace with heater, to fit existing 34" opening in cabinet to replace an old, noisy electric fireplace that only had the logs/yellow flame/brick background. Was looking for one that had blue as one of the flame colors, in this size, shipped by Amazon (not China), with heat and remote. This checked all of the boxes, wasnt as bulky (deep) or heavy as the old one, plus it was delivered in TWO days! Would have been perfect if flames reached higher up the glass, instead of mainly just bottom 1/3 to 1/2, if heat had as hot/strong output as the old one (but it is sufficient for our tv area), and if remote had a farther reach, but we ❤️ it and how simple it was to plug in, fit this (apparently) hard-to-find size, watch the varied flame colors (including blue!), and complete/update our wall cabinet front.

This is not realistic, at all. Claims to be but absolutely not. It shows no hassle returns but it has been anything but. I submitted for a return and it approved and sent me shipping label. Packaged everything up and took to UPS Store. Keep in mind this isn’t an easy return as large as the thing is. It cost $50 more to return it than it cost to buy it!! So, now I’m stuck with this thing that claims to be realistic, but isn’t.

Measurements were accurate, it fit limited space we had available. Appearance good. As some have said the depth of the product means the logs appear to be much closer to the glass than would be normal for a real fire or a gas setup. The flame action and color are pretty good. I saw some remarks that the controls remain lit at all time. In our case only the power light remains lit and the others auto dim. Fan sound level is a low level by my thinking. I did not find this or the control panel objectionable. The price is much more attractive in our case than real or gas. Overall very pleased with the purchase.I purchased this for an older person and they were relieved it did not have an open flame as they did not want to worry about the safety aspects the would present. They also did not want to worry about hot surfaces and grand children.

Works really well. Looks good and was easy to install. The only criticism I could give (hopefully the company sees and improves on this is that the imitation brick on the inside walls looks cheap. It doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the product.

Flames look OK on low, but lose their authentic look on high. Fan noise is noticeable, but not too bad. Heat is good, but comes out near the top. This fireplace works good in the bedroom at night, so we can let the rest of the house go cooler. I would give it 5 stars if the heat came out down low.

The product arrived on time. It was easy to install and works great! It really compliments my new mantel.

Very nice size and affordable. Changes different colours as well is nice. A little loud when tv is off but not annoying.
