My son really liked this backpack. It has his favorite characters. As a 1st grader, he doesn’t have much to carry to and from school. The backpack came with some staining on the inside which was not visible from the outside. Tried to wipe it with Clorox wipes and it did not come off at all. Not sure what it is. Other than that the bag is fine. We use the lunch box as a smaller outer pouch since this bag does not have one. Not sure how it would hold up to a full lunch load and still stay clipped to the back pack using the provided Velcro straps .

I purchased this bookbag for my five year old grand baby for kindergarten. It's lightweight and the perfect size. I don't really consider what's referred to as the lunchbox as being one since it isn't insulated. We're actually where we're putting his pencil box, masks, and hand sanitizer spray since I purchased him an actual insulated lunchbox.

Very thin material. My son loves the characters but I wish it was stronger.

This backpack is definitely cute, but cheaply made - I'm disappointed, no way it's going to hold up to a child very long. The material is flimsy, straps don't have much padding, and the inside of both backpack and lunchbox were stained by the transfer of the front design. For the price I paid, I expected something of much higher quality. My son likes it though (he loves the Avengers), so we'll make it work as long as it lasts, then buy something better for next year.

Wouldn't recommend this bookbag. It is pretty cute and my 5 year old would like it but I found a better quality avengers bookbag. There is only the main compartment in the bag with no pockets or separators. The bookbag image is not the same as the lunchbox attachment (ie doesn't have the hulk on the bag part, only the lunchbox bag) I planned to return it but will donate instead.
