I’ve been using Theralogix TheraNatal Core Preconception Vitamin Supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m very pleased with it so far. I chose this brand because it’s NSF certified, which gives me confidence in its quality and safety.

My doctor recommended these and they have better measurements than most prenatals. I didn't have to take extra supplements on top of this. Also, these are some of the only ones I've used that don't upset my stomach. The pills are rather large though if you struggle with swallowing pills

They’re okay. If I do not eat a full meal with these they make me sick. I tried snacking and drinking a smoothie and was still sick. Full meal only

I have felt like my hormones were all over the place. My menstrual cycle had become irregular for the first time in my life. I wanted to have a better idea of my cycle so that I could know my fertility. These vitamins did not help me to get pregnant. However they did regulate my cycle again. They are very easy on your stomach. I was easy to add them to my routine. I wish they were a little less expensive and more constantly in stock.

These are actually awful and will deter you from taking your vitamin daily. Pick another brand. Awful taste and makes you so sick.

I saw this brand recommended by other women going through IVF so gave them a try. I was very pleased with them. No fishy taste or weird side effects. I could take these at any time of day and feel fine, though I think it’s always best to take vitamins with food. I am 35, have low egg count, and needed great egg quality for the eggs we did retrieve. I think this definitely supported my egg health. At every stage of the journey my doc was shocked at how well my embryos were doing. Retrieved 18, 15 mature, 12 blastocyst, 6 euploid! Much better than the 2 embryos I was predicted to have with my stats. These vitamins worked great!!! I also took ubiqunol, vitamin d, and fish oil.

I never notice a difference with vitamins, however, these are the exception! No opinions on the preconception part of the claims. I have a vitamin D deficiency, which led to my doctor prescribing me a mega dose for a few weeks. I chose these vitamins for the huge vitamin D content and all the other great vitamins and minerals in it. I can report that my nails are growing and are stronger than they've ever been! My hair seems to be growing. And the feeling off or being prone to getting sick due to low vitamin D is non-existent. I'll be repurchasing these when I'm done with my current bottle.
