I purchased this blanket for my bed after my 15 year old dog had an accident. It does a fantastic job at keeping any accidents from getting on my bedding, as it absorbs enough to prevent puddles while keeping the liquid from seeping through. It’s also been helpful with keeping dirt and hair off of my duvet. Washes up very nicely, it has yet to stain and seems just as sturdy as the day I bought it. Can’t recommend this enough for anyone with older pets!

This blanket does not collect pet hair! The hair just sits on top and can easily be swept off. It also is waterproof so if my senior dog has an accident in her sleep, I only have to wash this blanket rather than all the bedding down to the mattress. It’s been a lifesaver! I bought in the grey color which is two-sided. One side is more of a blue-grey color which is very pretty. I recommend buying the king size for the extra coverage over any size bed. The king size, does indeed, fit a king size bed!

I bought this as my elderly cat always sleeps with me and is starting to have urinary issues. She wakes up in the middle of the night and runs to the litter box. Sometimes she has a dribble or more before she wakes up. This has been a lifesaver for me as I have a goose down comforter and it’s not good to keep washing it nonstop. This lays on top of my comforter like a blanket and no liquid seeps through. It’s super easy to wash and dry. It’s also not hot as I worried I would be too hot at night with an extra blanket on too. It’s fairly thin but great at protecting. It’s soft, too. I first thought it was like an outside table cloth but gets softer as you wash it. I definitely recommend this to anyone having second thoughts.

I like the material. Nice and thin, and it has stopped the grit and dirt our two large dogs bring in on their feet that was inevitably making its way though our bedspread, blanket and sheet to leave annoying grit on our bed.The size is disappointing to me, though. It covers our King size bed, but only barely. I wish it was at least a foot longer and a foot wider! I wouldn't mind if it was 2 feet longer and 2 feet wider! It would be better if this was the size of a bedspread and draped all the way to the floor, because it frequently gets dislodged a bit as the dogs move around on the bed, and sometimes, one whole side can end up flipped over, exposing a foot or two of bed underneath. The material is rather "slidey" - lightweight and a little bit slick - so it tends to slide around a bit on the bed.The cover is more comfortable to leave on the bed while sleeping that I thought it might be, but IS a bit "sticky" at night. It's not a bad as a sheet of plastic might be, but it's not like having a sheet or blanket - it traps more moisture than a porous material.This material is also interesting because it is must about IMPOSSIBLE to get it to not have a wrinkle or two or four. And the instant a dog jumps up on it, forget about it, because it's gonna be a sloppy mess! But I suspect if you have dogs that jump up on your bed, you're not a fussy neat freak type of person - we certainly aren't. But on the other hand, if you expect this material to be visually "perfect" lying on your bed, you might be disappointed or frustrated a bit by the nature of how it tends to lie.I'm very happy with the fact that this stops the dirt and grit for making its way into our bed. So functionally, it is exactly what I wanted - a light weight dirt stopper. But it would be better if it were much available in a much bigger size.

I purchased this bed cover because my cats tend to vomit when I'm away at work. It has already saved my bedding twice! The cover works perfectly - I can spray the area where they vomited with cleaner and spot clean it while it's still on my bed, and nothing leaks through.

I was a little hesitant to fork out so much money for a protector for my bed, but when you consider how many quilts and sheets my dogs have destroyed, it is worth it. I love that the fur doesn’t stick to the bed cover. You can brush it off with your hand. It isn’t noisy and it isn’t heavy, for I live in a place where summers are hot.Last night my dog puked on the bed cover. It was so late that I did not have the energy to pull it off the bed and wash it, so I threw a towel over the wet spot. Then I forgot about it. When I went to get ready for bed this evening, the puke had dried, and I was able to vacuum it right up. It never even soaked into the bed cover, and it was not necessary for me to wash it.I sleep with my two dogs every night, and this bed cover has saved me lots of work. I also love the rich brown color. It goes with the furniture in my bedroom.

Great at keeping moisture off the bed as long as your dog doesn't move. I got the king size for my king size bed and the sheet barely covers the whole bed. Once my dog jumps up on the bed and lies down the sheet is no longer covers the whole bed. Would be better if the sheet was fitted or oversized, but as is it's not enough to actually protect the bed as any movement pretty much just bunches the sheet up rendering it useless

My dog went into heat for the first time and has caused quite the mess. After cleaning up multiple messes, I learned that the bed protector was actually the best place she could be! I was surprised to see that a huge blood spot on the protective cover really did prevent her blood from going through to my WHITE duvet cover! Cleaning was easy, too! I just put it in the washing machine - no special stain remover applied - and it came out looking brand new. My dog has also managed NOT to have chewed it up yet either. Very happy with this product!This is a photo of it after washing it - sorry, didn’t think to take a photo of the blanket when it was bloody…. This is the king size blanket - gray. Has a slight blue-ish tent to it to me.

This item was perfect for its intended use. We have a King Size bed and it fits great! Item is thing, but no water or dirt from paws has come thru to my white duvet and I'm extremely happy!

You can make an absolute MESS and nothing gets through this thing. It doesn't feel plasticy at all and provides tons of piece of mind. 😈😈😈
