Very well made device. Very powerful vibrations - almost too powerful until you get used to it. Four modes of vibrational speed and intensity including a 'rising and falling' one.It is lightweight and the body is constructed from a stiff type of hard polystyrene, which is very strong and durable. Unlikely to fall apart.Charging is simple and quick, from the supplied mains adapter. Batteries provide a decent period of use before recharging needed, depending on mode selected, and the power from the internal vibration mechanism is quite amazing considering the light weight of the product.In use, the degree of muscle relaxation is superb, and considerably enhanced compared to a normal foam roller. For me, my kneck and shoulders benefit from only a few minutes and I find the option to vary the speed is extremely useful. It is quite hard to lay on - perhaps a little harder than one might be used to with a standard roller, but I find I can use it laying on the bed, or even sitting in a chair with the roller behind me, placed vertically or horizontally to target different areas. The use of the softer surfaces in no way diminishes the effectiveness of the vibrational effect.Overall, a very strong recommendation. Very good value for money. So much more than just a foam roller, but (for me), not for hours of use, more for 2-5 minute sessions.

My previous experience of foam rolling has been one of pain! This one isn't overly pleasant either BUT the different vibration speeds really do help hit the spot and actually eases the pain whilst rolling. I really like the speed variation, it makes it so much easier to work on those extra-tight muscles etc. The only thing you have to watch for is that on the highest speed, if you don't keep hold of it, it will bounce off! In terms of noise, I'm not sure what other vibrating foam rollers are like but this one is a bit noisy but that's probably not helped by having wood flooring! All in all, I would recommend this product, it really does ease off those muscular aches, pains and tension; well worth the money.

Ok so this is going to make a lot of noise on a wooden floor. Be warned! Especially if you live in a semi detached house. It’s less noisy when used on a solid floor.I use this at the gym after a workout and it’s fantastic! It’s like having massage therapy after every session. And a perfect wind down before using the gym spa. Comes with a great carry bag. Charges up quickly. Lightweight too.Highly recommend.

As a 60+ runner still thinking he's a lot younger, ironing out the kinks each morning before training is a must. The roller offers four different speeds/settings, is small enough to get into the corners of joints and muscles, heavy duty enough to feel safe to roll on without wondering if I'll flatten it(!) and holds its charge for a good period, saving time plugging it in and recharging it. Excellent product. Well worth the cost.

All in one roller and massager with 4 setting to choose from. It does the job well.I was hesitant when I compared it to more expensive stylish and colourful ones.Now I’m glad they were sold out now as the Vulken roller has helped in lockdown to release tight muscles while unable to get a hands on massage with a practitioner. I recommend this product.

Had this for about six months, bought for back problems. At time of purchase my back pain had improved and used this only a couple of times and it feels good. Recently my back has flared up again and started using the roller again. Used it s couple of times until battery needed charging but it will not charge. Tried various things but nothing, not even any lights. Total waste of money, I ask myself what can have gone wrong with it, but considering it has little use and it's not something which gets knocked around I can only think that it's cheap components which are the problem. Keep clear, do not buy.

I ordered the Vulken Roller before a marathon, to loosen up very tense muscles (ITB/TFL). Finishing in under 3h showed me how well the foam roller loosened up even deeper muscles. Never having used a vibrating foam roller before I was surprised by how strong it is able to vibrate depending on which of the 4 settings it is set on, and that it was easily capable of supporting my whole weight. It is a high-quality product, that I feel happy recommending to fellow athletes. The overall design of the roller and the strong vibration made easy to even target specific muscles.

Honestly, I can't tell the difference between this and a traditional foam roller in terms of how I feel afterward. It's just a foam roller that vibrates but as far as your muscles are concerned, it's really no different.Also, it's too loud, especially on the higher settings. If you've got a wife or kids asleep upstairs, then it will wake them up. My advice - stick to a good non-vibrating foam roller. Plus the price tag of £70 is too high for a cheap product from China.

La usa mi hijo y se ha convertido en su mejor aliado. Lo usa antes y después del entreno y está súper contento. Ligera, las muescas perfectas y los diferentes modos de funcionamiento increíbles. Vale la pena el precio. Muy satisfecha.

I believe that foam roll is one of the crucial things to help reduce the pain in overworked muscles.Vulken foam roller does a great job! has long design and provides 4 speeds of vibration that makes it perfect for all body massage. I have tried them all. I prefer to use the 4th one but sometimes feel that I want a little bit stronger vibration for the back massage.A single charge provide me 4 days of 1 hour usage with high intensity. I use it before and after running training. When some areas are painful at first, then after a few sessions the discomfort reduce and I feel relaxed.I am very happy about Vulken foam roller simply allow me to easily experience a deep massage without the price-tag.

Après quelques utilisations j'ai vu quand même vue une grande différence contrairement au rouleau classique qui fait mal et qui une détente pas aussi bien. Pour le coup nous avons un rouleau qui par rapport à ses concurrents a un rapport-qualité-prix excellent. On redécouvre le roll-massage. Je conseille pour ceux qui souhaite une nouvelle expérience intéressante.

Opino que hace su función por el precio, tengo otro con más potencia pero cuesta el doble, este rodillo está muy bie.
