The final analysis: underwhelming. Maybe your mileage will vary.
According to my wife:In theory this has the potential to be useful, but the sizing is very fixed and will only suit a select size and shape of face. The red light (the core of the therapy) seems/feels weak, and the instructions are abysmal. This might be a miracle worker for some, but for others it will wind up in a garage sale or being donated.

Not for everyone
The glasses sit on my face and touch my cheeks, so the red light doesn't actually hit the surface of my skin. It's blocked by the metal plate. I have a low nose bridge, so that might be the problem.

Worth a Try!
I've just started using this, so can't say that I see any difference in my eye area, but I'm continuing use to see how it will work over more time. I like the simplicity of the product - 4 modes and 8 levels of intensity for each mode. The red light is not infrared, but it may be effective for surface issues. The glasses come with instructions, plus a USB charging cord and a thin rubber strap to keep the glasses in place. It takes a bit of adjusting to get the pads to sit on the undereye area, but they will stay in place with the strap. They are heavier than a pair of sunglasses, and the temples are very tight against my head. The glasses will shut off after ten minutes in any mode or speed. The key steps are to charge up the glasses, clean your skin, put on water based eye cream, turn on, set the mode and speed, and then put the glasses on and adjust the strap so that the plates are touching the undereye area to be treated. They are easy to use and allow for hands free and wireless mobility. There are a lot of cautions in the instructions, and while there is a warranty card, there is no contact information for customer service or warranty process. It will take a while to be able to see any results, but it's an easy and affordable item to try and feels good to use. My eye massager does have red lights, which turn on whenever it is on.

Overpriced Junk
Instructions didnt even show how to properly turn this thing on. Barely fits my face & doesnt touch under my eyes unless i shove it right into my eyes. Absolutely useless product. Avoid this one.

Easy to use
These look sorta wild but are very easy to use! Plus you can watch TV or use your phone while you use it :)

on the fence
I ordered this because I have the one that has been advertised all over social media, and found it to be underwhelming; this one looked promising with the ability to see the mode on the screen and what appeared to be a larger "active" surface. In those aspects, it keeps its promises. The undereye contact and red light area is larger, the screen is easy to read so you know what mode you are using, and as a bonus, the fit is better because it comes with an adjustable strap. I also should give a nod to the fact that it is wearable and hands-free once it is on, so unlike many devices, you don't need to do the work of moving the device about your face or around your eye area.On the other hand, the red light seems weak, and like other similar devices, only surrounds the metal contacts; if the metal is in contact with your skin, that area won't receive any red light. I'm also conflicted about what exact type of current is being used. The booklet that comes with this claims that it is TENS, which is nerve stimulation. Facial devices generally use a muscle stimulation. After considering this for a while, I'm on the fence. If the goal is dark circle reduction, I doubt that muscle stimulation would have a whole lot of effect; however, I'm not sure how to feel about TENS on the face (I'm familiar with TENS for other, non-cosmetic reasons).I will say that after using this for about 10 minutes on a medium setting, my undereye area appeared a bit more "awake," but my complaint is more "sinking" than it is dark circles.I'm somewhere in the middle on this. I find it to be a better device than the one being advertised on social media, but I'm unsure if it can offer as much of an effect as my other, higher-end microcurrent and red light devices.

NO Red Light at all - only massager
Echo what others have said so far: No brand or name on box, directions are very much lacking in information, settings can be glitchy. The fit on these is going to be soooo hard to fit everyone well; for me it only touches half the area under my eyes. The instructions should include what each mode/setting is for, instead of just being labelled "Firm, soothe, lift".I'm so confused as to what this device is supposed to be: Its marketed as a "Red Light Therapy" device, but in fact there are NO red light LEDS! Just a red-toned backlight behind the massagers. Honestly I think this is some bait-and-switch marketing. It would be the same as me setting my bedroom lamp to red and sitting in the room lol. And while I got this more for the red light than the massager aspect, not great. If you do intend to use this as an under-eye massager ONLY though, could be decent.

Seems pointless
At the risk of being overly critical, I found this device to be somewhat pointless. You would have to have a perfect facial structure, meaning perfect to the design of this device for it to have the ideal fit. It is not adjustable. The fit is not terrible on me, but even with that, I do not understand how it is achieving any productive result. If I’m honest, I just feel like a fool using it. Because I’m retired and I have a great deal of time, and I don’t mind looking or even feeling like a fool. I have tried it. I do not feel as if I’m getting and I do not feel as though I will get, a beneficial result. I cannot recommend this item.
