This product works only for a couple of hours. It does suppress your appetite, and there are no jitters, but I am not impressed because it only works for a couple of hours. Will not purchase again, waste of 40$

Little update: As stated I took 1 a day for about 2 weeks. I take it as soon as I wake up. After the 2 weeks I noticed it wearing off so I now take 1 in the morning and 1 at about 2 pm. So for 1 month of taking the pills, it has really helped me not to eat. I have lost about 15 lbs. I really like these and plan to purchase more as I continue to lose weight. I have a slight boost of energy without really noticing. Like I have the want to, to do more things. I can seem to focus more. I've never felt the racing heartbeat or anythingI am only taking 1 a day in the morning. I could tell it curved my appetite right off. No gitters, no side effects at all that I could tell. It did start to clean me out by day 2. Bowels became softer and more frequently. I'm on day 5 and I've lost about 3 lbs already. I feel refreshed and am loving it.
