Great Casings!
We bought these to make venison smoked summer sausage and they worked great! They are nice and thick and the smoke penetrated them perefctlt without having to poke holes!

Don't use for salami!
Not good for making salami!Had nothing but trouble trying to keep them tight while drying.

Good for Salami
These are rugged in construction, and are capable of stuffing for hard sausages, salamis, etc. Hard to rave about such a benign product, but it does the job inexpensively.

Great for my summer sausage
I love these casings. I can get up to 3.5 pounds of sausage in each one, and they take up smoke from my traeger grill just fine. I use them for a summer sausage that the kids love on their sandwiches. Soak them for 30 minutes in warm water before stuffing and smoking them.
