I'm a health coach and I decided to try these as a simple way to get folks moving a little when they are dealing with tough chronic health problems and the depression, pain and fatigue that often accompany them. Inexpensive, pretty and super fun. Even got my husband enjoyed playing with it :)

Gets threaded up quickly and makes it harder to use. Good for professionals will not advice for novices use especially for its length which was actually the reason I purchased it
