I wish I had taken a before and after picture. I was really, really getting worried because my nails were peeling badly and so soft it took nothing to rip them down to the quick. They are now, after two weeks, no longer peeling or near as soft. I take one every day.

Good vitamin

My nails are notorious for breaking, chipping & splitting even at the shortest lengths! I have been using this product for 2 months and can already see a HUGE improvement specifically in my fingernail strength- in addition to the incredible growing speed & length retention! I have tried several Biotin products over the past 3 years (including capsules w/coconut oil, tablets, liquid (pour into drinks) and none of them have had this fast of results or quality ingredients (10,000mcg!!!) as this one has!
