The shower curtain feels sturdy and seems to be good quality and good workmanship—nothing lightweight or shoddy. It was fairly easy to install, with only one crash and three curse words during attempted installation, a personal best. Tension style shower curtains seem to have an inherent difficulty, but this was easier to manage than most. So far, it has held tight and not slipped. The 4-year old grandchild hasn’t showered in that tub yet, so it hasn’t had its challenge test. It’s held up to the adults and the cats going in and out.

There is no way this is stainless steel. This rod rusting within a month. Dripping rust ruined white cloth shower curtain. Now out over $40 between rod and curtain.

Although minor this product did come damaged. The instruction manual has numerous spelling errors as shown in the photo. I put this in my apartments shower to get it ready for me to move into so not sure how durable it is since I haven’t hung anything on it yet but seems hollow & flimsy instead of durable. I really hope it holds up otherwise I will be returning.

We previously tried two curtain rods, neither of which would stay up on our subway tile shower/tub. This one works great. It has a large rubber end piece, which probably has three times the area of other models plus the texture of the rubber seems to supply more friction. It also seems to tighten more effectively than other models. Love it!

This is very solid, stays tight, and looks good in my bathroom. I have a double shower curtain on it (heavy liner and curtain) and it doesn't slip. The finish has also held up well for a number of months.

Have a wide shower opening, so its hard to find a long rod that will stay in place. This one fits the bill and looks good as well.

We just purchased a new place with a spa like ensuite. The challenge was the unique design of the double shower and claw foot tub area. We needed a 88" shower bar and an extremely wide stall shower curtain for this area. Amazon provided both! This bar is study and holding our heavy duty shower liner with no problem. The only reason I deducted one star is there is no plastic grommet or ring where the two bars join, I am hoping this doesn't become a moisture problem over time.. This made our new ensuite complete!
