Shower Curtain Rod - 47-92 Inch Shower Rod Non-Slip Tension Curtain Rod No Drilling Stainless Steel Tension Rod for Shower Curtain Never Collapse

We just purchased a new place with a spa like ensuite. The challenge was the unique design of the double shower and claw foot tub area. We needed a 88" shower bar and an extremely wide stall shower curtain for this area. Amazon provided both! This bar is study and holding our heavy duty shower liner with no problem. The only reason I deducted one star is there is no plastic grommet or ring where the two bars join, I am hoping this doesn't become a moisture problem over time.. This made our new ensuite complete!

This curtain rod is exactly what I needed to replace the one that came with the showers in our house. For some reason, the ones they put in were just BARELY long enough to fill the gap, but a little breeze was enough to knock it off. Not so with this one. This rod is VERY adjustable and contains a spring that provides tension enough to keep it in place, even if you want to hang a damp towel on it.It is nothing that looks fancy, but the functionality is there.

Package arrived on time. Shower rod was as pictured.Finish was imperfect. Shower rod consists of two tubes. One tube was shiny stainless steel. The other tube was just a bit discolored, as if it had not been finished completely after being formed, or was a different kind of steel.The test of a shower rod is whether it rusts in the moisture of a shower. I'll report on that in a few weeks.

After receiving my shower rod, I took it out of the box, and then attached it to the wall. The entire process took about a minute. Probably could have got it set up a little quicker but this company uses really high-quality tape to secure the rod inside the packaging. It's obvious they care about their product. It's been a few days since I set it up and it currently hasn't fallen, so I'm going to say it's a great product and that if you too need a shower rod, you should buy this... even if you don't need a shower rod, buy it anyways. You can never have too many shower rods.

Extremely sturdy!!! Bought two rods to put outside on our patio. Put some sheer curtains on both. These rods are very very strong and very sturdy. It has been through winds, rains and birds sitting on them trying to make a nest lol. The first one I bought, was a year ago!! It’s still up there. Has never come down!

We use this between the slide outs on our RV to hang wet beach towels on. Works great as long as we use the right tension when putting it up. Non-slip ends provide extra grip to hold it in place.

Finally somebody seems to have gotten it right. I have purchased two shower curtain rods from Amazon's largest competitor (it begins with a "W") and the first collapsed almost hourly so I returned it thinking that it was defective and replaced it with the same brand and talk about junk, and faulty design. I destroyed it with a 10 lb. sledge. The engineering on this rod has captured the necessity of constant tension in all conditions and done it very well. The price us right and more importantly it doesn't collapse. PERIOD!!!!

Although minor this product did come damaged. The instruction manual has numerous spelling errors as shown in the photo. I put this in my apartments shower to get it ready for me to move into so not sure how durable it is since I haven’t hung anything on it yet but seems hollow & flimsy instead of durable. I really hope it holds up otherwise I will be returning.
