Ceiling Light Fitting, Elfeland 3 Way Pendant Light Ceiling Spotlight Rotatable Swiveling Lamp 3X GU10 Light Bases Angle Adjustable Indoor Lighting for Living Room and Showroom (Without Light Source)

I bought two of these to replace the gold coloured spot lights in our kitchen. The previous lights had racks of four bulbs but I chose these as they had three each, feeling that six spots would be sufficient for our average sized kitchen. They were easy enough to fit, a removable metal bracket is screwed into the ceiling and the fitting slides onto the bracket. Fortunately there's plenty of room within the fitting to retain the existing rose, making fitting much more straightforward and removing the need to get an electrician in to rewire. It was a simple task to attach just three wires, live, neutral and earth, from the rose to the terminal block mounted on the new lights. The look is polished chrome, which complements our fairly comtemporary kitchen well, and these were chosen partly on the basis of the excellent price.

I recently purchased one of these compact light units to replace an old ceiling lamp. Its suprisingly nicely chrome plated and the adjustable lampholders are reaassuringly solid. The attachment to the ceiling is concealed and simple for a DIY install, so thats also nice feature. It also uses 3 GU10 bulbs, which are available cheaply anywhere, including the LED units I've used. All in all, for the money its a great little lamp unit! Highly recommended!

Very shiny. Looks trendy and good quality. Gu10 bulbs are available for £1 each from Poundland. I bought 3w bulbs. These are great for an average sized lounge.

Lightning deal at £13.50:Everything went well with installation until it came to wiring the earth. There was no screw in the terminal block, so I had to feed the earth in via the metal tab in the other side. My only other criticism is that the lampholder skirts are a bit loose, although it doesn't really matter in operation.I would buy another one but not at £17.

The unit was smaller and more compact than I expected, but it looks smart and classy when on the ceiling. PLEASE be careful installing this, the metal edges are very sharp, and I sliced my finger twice installing it and now have plasters on!

Love this light unit, although its a bit smaller than I thought plus it does not come with anybulbs, but then that would be dependent on the wattage required, would be good to havethe option at point of sale tho....Very pleased otherwise...
