Best deal in town on flagship smart watch!!
After some commented on receiving defective units, I was worried. However my watch arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. The packaging doesn't offer any "wow factor" as it's a flimsy box that barely holds the contents which amount to the watch and charger. Additionally, the unit doesn't ship with a power brick or any type of documentation. Those were the negatives, now onto the overwhelming positives. The watch also includes built-in LTE. I didn't realize this when I made the purchase and it was a pleasant surprise. I texted Verizon and had it setup as a linked device in about 20 mins ($10 month). Now I can do activities without the need to have my phone in my pocket. This has been super useful while working in the yard and going for walks. All of the switching happens automatically so there is no need to manually swap between your phone and the watch. The quality leather band is thick and substantial. It definitely adds to the quality look of the watch. For day-to-day use, I like to wear more sporty bands. Swapping between the leather band and colors and styles couldn't be simpler with the quick-change feature built-in to the straps.I was concerned when I realized the watch didn't run Google's Wear OS and instead uses Samsung's own Tizen OS. I had been using a TicWatch E for the last year and had grown accustomed to the Wear OS ecosystem. Let me say my concerns were unfounded. After an initial learning curve, the Tizen OS is super slick and the overall experience has been smooth and enjoyable. My Wear OS experience was always laggy. The S3 has been fast and dependable. For those who may have heard it has compatibility issues with a Google Pixel phone, rest assured those issues have been resolved. I use a Pixel 3XL and everything has worked seamlessly. You would never know they were not created by the same company.Samsung's fitness apps are great and offer a broad range of tracking options. These go way beyond steps and also add stairs, food, water, exercise, etc. Thing like longer walks or biking are automatically started based on your movements. This has been great for me as I could never remember to "start" an exercise until I was already well into it. I did find it funny though that mowing the lawn was registered as biking since your body and movements are very similar if you put it into perspective. As a former Apple Watch user, you won't be disappointed in the quality or the user experience. Every aspect so far has been top notch.Battery life hasn't been as long as advertised. However, after initial setup and playing, the watch gets me through a full day with power to spare. I have grown accustomed to charging my watches every night and this one is no different.Based on the quality and features, you won't find a better deal on a flagship smart watch. Highly recommended!

Disappointing - and Not Worth It - Do not Purchase
Received this item, which was "renewed". The item looked great, cosmetically, although there was not a leather band, as pictured. The band was silicone. The product did not hold a charge. When placed on the charger, it would charge to 100%, but when turning it on, it would not boot up and indicated that it was not charged - at all. Junk. First, and last, time I buy a "renewed" item. Lesson learned.

Perfect watch, great seller, if you are unsure, please read...
So, I have wanted to upgrade me gear s smartwatch forever. It finally broke after 3 years and I began the hunt: searches, reviews, YouTube videos, etc... I settled for the Gear S3 Classic, because it looks so nice vs the gear s3 frontier. I was a little hesitant to get a refurbished one (around $170 vs new $300). But the savings were enough for me to consider it. I saw some reviews that people liked it, and some weren't good. I decided to get one thinking if I didnt like it, I could return it. I LOVE IT. First, I was worried about the condition of the watch, refurbished might have minor nicks, scratches, whatever. My watch came in PRISTINE! The band did have a very minor line on it, but I bought a couple new ones online for $10, as long as the watch face was in great shape. One minor set back was that it did not have Samsumg Pay preinstalled. All US versions are supposed to. I reached out to seller, they told me to return mine and they'd send out a replacement. So I was hesitant because I didnt want my replacement to come in and have amy minor scratches or whatnot...the replacement watch came in and was, again, PRISTINE. And, the band was in perfect shape as well! I was thrilled. Only issue, no Samsumg Pay. (But keep reading); the seller gave me a few options, including getting a refund for returned watch. I liked the watch and didnt want to return it. I couldn't find it in stores locally ANYWHERE. Besides, I figured that if I didn't care about using my watch as my charge card, then its fine. The watch was fully functional and all. Nothing else was an issue. Being tech savvy, I was hoping to find a work around anyways, as Samsung pay isnt on the app store to download for your watch (only for your phone). A few weeks of hopelessly searching, and i found a workaround to get samsung pay on the watch!!! I took a screen shot of samsung pay on the watch. IT IS AWESOME! I found a process to have the country code of my watch changed to USA. In the process, I found that the original country code for my watch was France. France doesn't have Samsung pay installed on their version of S3, this is why mine didn't have it. So, I'm equally excited to have a S3 classic in perfect shape, but also to have found a way to get Samsung Pay on it. I had to admit, I was nervous as I clicked buy on Amazon the very first time, but I do not regret it at all. The charger and dock are both original Samsung parts as well. I am super happy about this watch, and the seller is very responsive to any issues you might have. I think most people who list bad reviews probably do so before reaching out to seller, as they worked with me quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend them. I get TONS of compliments on my watch. Love it.
