Essential Hot Tubs 50-Jet Polara Hot Tub-Gray, Seats 6 Including Lounger and 2 Captain’s Chairs

Overall, this tub has been great (review written January 2020). We ordered this tub in November 2019, and received it December 2019. There was a problem with the third-party delivery company as they said they didn't have a truck big enough for delivery, so it was delayed which was more annoying than anything, but nonetheless, it arrived a week later than anticipated in good condition. I did need to hire a company to move it from curbside delivery to the location the tub was going to be, and had an electrician (since it was a new install) wire the tub up. The tub started up immediately without problem and we have been using the tub daily since installation.The layout of the tub is decent, and the lounger provides good leg length, I am 6'1" tall and can fully extend in the lounger. There are a sufficient amount of jets, however, I do wish that some of them were more powerful, mainly the shoulder jets and the back jets while in the lounger. The tub has maintained temperature extremely well and for the price of this tub, you can't beat it. A very nice starter/economical tub with good seating choices and decent jet power. The bubble jets are also nice for a cooling effect when you want to remain soaking, but are getting pretty warm.Keep in mind that you will need to drill into the tub for the wiring connection, and the tub does not come with stairs, nor does it come with any 'starter pack' of chemicals.Would recommend this tub, and have already lol. Can't beat the price when comparing other tubs both online, and at brick and mortar locations.

Great price, fast shipping, delivered to the front of my house. The cover had some rips in it, and they sent me a new one right away, very professional service. I wish this grey model was still available, because my friends would love to order this exact model. We ordered in July 2019, and no issues (one of the jets is plugged, but think it might be an easy fix). But I do need to figure out why it has recently been overheating (blinking "OH"). Still works after resetting the spa breaker, but takes a while to cool down. It gets really hot (109).My only gripe is that there is no easy access to the heater/interior. You have to unscrew 8 wood screws from the 2x4 wood frame to take off the panel and styrofoam insulation behind that panel. It's a big pain. Would really prefer having a large access door with hinges like my old '80s era spa we replaced. Now to try to find if they sell a holder for the insulated cover.

This is a quality hot tub with excellent jets and blowers. Delivery was great with driver putting Tub exactly where I wanted it. I have now had this Hot Tub for 6 months and enjoy it daily. I did have an heater malfunction. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new unit right away at no cost. You get and great Hot Tub delivered at a fantastic price,

The shipping was faster than expected and the delivery was a breeze. I had a spa moving company move it into place on my deck and an electrician to wire up a breaker and hook up the tub. The plastic outer shell was easy for them to deal with to cut a half circle to feed in the conduit.For the access panel you can pry out the plastic panel or unscrew both sides to make it a bit easier. Better, bigger screws that don't strip so easily would be a welcome addition. On the whole it's simple to get access to the innards and the panel of insulation slides out as well on the access panel side.The jets are strong and can all be turned on/off which is nice. The different seats and recliner all have their strong points so I tend to move from one to the other when soaking. I'm in FL so maintaining the temp is easy and Economy mode is great for energy usage. All in all I love it.

I am so disappointed by my purchase. I shopped for ever for a hot tub and decided I would get this one. I would give the purchasing five stars but can’t give any other rating until we get to actually use it. The tub came on time as scheduled and the delivery went smooth. We opened up the instructions and started the sequences to get the tub filled and running. We got to the part after filling the tub and that was it, within 1 minute the 400 gallons drained out from the under belly of the tub. I called the customer service and no answer, I had to leave a message. Then I found another number to the manufacturer and called. No answer, I had to leave a message. Meanwhile I am panicking because the temperature was going to freeze overnight and there is water everywhere . I had no reference to know what to do. One of the risk buying online. The next morning I called amazon to ask what I need to do. They were very nice but no real answer on how to proceed except call the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer again and they said it would be 3-5 days before a technician would call to make appointment to come out........they were very cut and dry. No real concern that the tub was not working. we winterized the tub as best we could but not confident we will keep this tub. I’m disappointed that I spent this much money on this and can’t even enjoy it. Today is day four of waiting to hear from a technician....this is my first time owner of a hot tub. I’m praying that this will be resolved quickly.I will follow up when this resolves

I’ve had this tub for about two months now and the pillow cushions are falling apart. We only use the tub less than once per day so I was surprised they couldn’t hold up.The tub itself works well, but the instruction booklet could be improved; it wasn’t very clear.
