I received my eye pack the next day and I am so happy with it! Along with the pack they sent a sealed bag for fresh refrigerator storage as well as a lovely heart note about the company. Little things like this really show a company's dedication to their product and their customers. Myself and my son have been looking at their other products and plan to buy more. We used this to treat hayfever symptoms and puffy eyes. Amazing.Suitable for freezing. When its frozen we put the soft side against skin, (to avoid direct contact with the frozen gel beads when,) when cooled in fridge the clear side to skin. Comfortable, stays cold for long enough to reduce symptoms and velcro straps keep it on your face.... just be careful you don't catch long hair in the velcro... I learnt that the hard way.My son suffers so badly with hayfever and this really helped his puffy, itchy and sore eyes.Just a word of warning though... not to be squeezed or played with. He squeezed it too hard and it burst. Not a fault of the product, just don't use it as a stress ball! I'll be getting a replacement with lesson learnt.

It’s pretty and generally does the job. However the straps could have been longer And maybe with a tie or something other than Velcro straps which catches on my hair. Because the straps aren’t long enough it’s a bit tight and presses against the eyes so vision takes awhile to refocus after use. I have used just for cooling, straight from the freezer but It doesn’t seems to stay cool for more than 10 mins. I find I have to flip it to the side without the comfort cloth to get slightly more out of it. However it seems to feel cooler for longer if you just use it on the reverse side with the plastic side on your skin.

For anyone who suffers from migraines or drinks, I fully recommend it. It'll probably come in useful in summer too! Adjustable strap so it fits any head size. Also helps my Sunday morning recovery a ton :)

Bought this eye gel mask as recently had a cosmetic procedure on my eyelids. Wow ! It was amazing & did exactly what it was meant to. I put it in the fridge rather than freezer & after a couple of hours it was chilled enough for me. It’s beautifully made & excellent quality. There was a lovely little note in package too from the makers .. should of bought 2 so that I could havre a continuous chilled eye mask!! Brilliant product for the money .. def 5* from me

This product is good if it actually stayed on my eyes as it’s too big and quite heavy when cold… it’s good to leave on the head though! And I love the gel beads But I came across this exact same product in a well known shop the other day, just totalling £1.50 (still didn’t fit) but I feel like it’s definitely not worth the price it is. 3/10 sorry xx

I was advised to purchase one of these as I am server hayfever sufferer and night time is the worst time, with itchy eyes and very itchy skin.I found this worked for more than just my eyes though. Simply put it in the freezer for 30 minutes and it is lovely and cool to place on any skin to relief an itch. In the past I have scratched my skin so much I've drawn blood. but this Eye Mask worked perfectly to cool the area down. And with the fluffy fabric side it prevent any chill burn.I found leaving in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge during the day more than enough to last me a good couple hours.I really would suggest this eye mask for anyone with hayfever, it was a real life saver for me last summer and it will be at the ready for next summer.

Really cute eye mask to help me with my migraines an puffy eyes, lovely color.Soft/fluffy on your eyes, came with a packet to keep it in whilst its in the fridge/freezer. Also came with a really nice note. Very happy customer

I fell in love with this product…. It looks so good, not to mention it works so well. I bought it originally because of my allergies & needing to put a cold compress on my eyes but this is literally so perfect it stays cold for long but it’s not too cold to the point it gives brain freeze & it gets cold really fast like 10 minutes in the freezer & it’s ready to go. Also In the bag it came with a reusable freezer bag which is just so thoughtful because I would’ve never thought of that. Any who I would recommend this product to anyone with allergies or even if you have puffy eyes it’s so comfortable & worth the money considering all that it can do, I haven’t gotten around to using the heating functions but I’m sure it won’t let me down!

My wife has allergies and sinus issues. She loves to wear this gel bead mask after it is has been chilled. It is refreshing and helps ease her symptoms and let her get her rest. For the price at time of review (Deal Price: CAD $11.00 Reg price: CAD $12.95 before tax and any shipping), it's pretty much an unbeatable product.Only improvement she can suggest in this liner that faces the eye, while soft, could be made to feel more natural and less synthetic but she says this is a minor issue and that it is still very comfortable to wear.

It's pretty comfortable. The soft side doesn't get to cold, so depending on what I'm using it for I use the soft side of the gel side. I love how it came with a freezer bag as well so the mask wouldn't smell like any kind of food!

Havent used this for the warm version, only cold.I've had this for almost a week and it has saved me twice already. I use it for headaches and it is magical!! Instant relief. Also I'm a stomach sleeper so my face is usually smashed into the pillow and it was still comfortable. For the price I think it’s a great product. I don’t know how it compares to others, but it stays cold for about 20 minutes which is as long as they recommend that you use it. I do always have to use it with the gel beads pressed onto my face because I don’t find the soft side cold enough, but I might have a higher tolerance for cold. It’s also very cute and comes with a good safe storage bag.
