Pros: Great product! Better than I had expected. Cons: No Necklace, single-sided (not reverseable)
My gf is an RN, and had told me she'd love something like this. After looking all over on amazon I finally settled on this one. I was very pleased with it, but more importantly my gf loved it! And she's a Registered Nurse!It is not too big (as some of the others are), nor is the craftsmanship shoddy (as others appear). The only downside is that it is not reverseable - the reverse side is not the other side of the heart. But the facing side is so well done that I still give this 5 stars.Also: Does not come with a necklace, so you will need to purchase one separately. Still: 5 stars.

Wrong color.
I might have given this 5 stars, but the seller sent me one that was not at all the same color as the one in the picture. Nice craftsmanship, has the "925" stamp in the hollow back, but it was a rose gold/coppery color instead of a silver color. Could be that it was rose gold plated 925 sterling silver or that it was just low-end metal with lots of copper mixed in.
