3 Year Asurion Floorcare Extended Protection Plan ($200-249.99)

It's really hard to rate insurance coverage until you need it. Fortunately I don't need it yet with my recent purchase. However, I bought Asurion extended covered for another appliance I purchased years ago. So glad I did. Was the only time I needed extended coverage insurance. They were very easy to work with. I got my coverage and was able to replace item that quit working. I was very happy.

As with any insurance, the best thing is if we never have to use it. The process was extremely easy and was sent to my email.

I love how this vacuum has real suction power!

It is a good vacuum but not great suction power

We purchased this plan to protect out robot vacuum. When it stopped holding a charge or cleaning well, I filed a claim. The process was simple and quick, and not long after my returned was scanned in to the UPS system, I received a gift card that I could use to obtain a replacement. Sometimes warranties are a pain to deal with, but my experience with this Asurion plan was excellent.

I recently mailed my Roomba, which I purchased in 2020, back to Asurion to be repaired as it wasn't working well. To my surprise, Asurion told me the Roomba couldn't be replaced and refunded me the money I paid for the Roomba. I have never dealt with a protection plan company that was so easy and painless to work with. I recently purchased a second Roomba and another protection plan from Asurion. Best protection plan ever!!

I use it to clean my stone floors, I didn’t like that it doesn’t seem to saturate the floor well enough and had to go over each area twice before vacuuming up the water. But still, it works better than anything I have used to date. Just loaned it to my daughter who is interested in buying one.
