Did not work well for me
I think this product has less form-fitting substance than other types; particularly in the back ends of the product. I am going back to my previous brand, as this device caused me deep tooth/jaw pain, upper and lower, in holding the lower jaw forward and with some clenching. I went back to wearing my used previous device and my pain has lessened. I think if your jaw & teeth have to keep fighting the pressure without enough molding and cushion area, it doesn't work well enough for the hardcore jaw clampers & lower jaw thrusters. The brand I am sticking with, starts with a "T" and cost about ten bucks more, but worth every penny.

fits good on 1st try
and after awhile of use, I did the fitting again since it hurts my teeth.The negative is that half of the night my teeth still hurt even after a while, just less.The rubbers fall off the plastic on the 2 ends. They're holding on to each other using tiny rubber pins.Washing this is also hard. I had to take them apart to wash. But the plastic and the rubber are not taken apart. So that gaps really give me unease for germs to grow there.I like the adjustability. The price is good compared with similar items. But it's much higher than the non-adjustable one.Once I got the non-adjustable one to fit good, the non-adjustable one is less painful at night, easier to wash, not broken easily, this one is just not a good option.

Doesn't work, changes adjustment throughout the night
I had another device similar in design to this that it's now discontinued on Amazon and it worked great. So when it was time to replace it I found this one and thought it'd be just as good. I was wrong. It is larger than the other one so it doesn't fit in my mouth as well. It also doesn't keep it's adjustment, by morning my bottom jaw isn't in the device and the bottom half is pushed all the way forward which is very uncomfortable. This device hasn't helped my snoring at all since I got it a month ago.

Works well so far
This is comparable to more expensive items. I used the Snore RX (a $100 device) for almost a year. It worked well until my dog chewed it up. So far this seems comparable in quality. It is a little thicker and you really need to form it correctly so it molds to your teeth. As long as it stays in at night, I can sleep well. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little thinner.

Difficult to mold to your mouth and molding disconnected from the plastic body
The seller was very responsive and pleasant. The mouthpiece was very large, uncomfortable for me, and molding it was difficult; I found that the molded piece disconnected from the plastic body after heating it up and molding; I was afraid that it would separate completely eventually. I returned it.

Huge! Does not fit in my mouth
I have no idea who’s mouth this would fit, but not mine! It is huge and very wide. Also the directions were written in English by someone who is not an english speaker, they are hard to understand. This is getting returned.

Didn't work well for me.
To be honest, I was a little skeptical that this would work for me. I am a "mouth breather" and typically have trouble with appliances like this. I have to say however that even with the adjustment and "bite fitting" features, I cold not get close to a comfortable fit for me. Seemed well made and thoughtfully designed, but I just couldn't get a satisfactory result.

Re-naming it the Marriage Saver!
We purchased this product for my husband. To be completely honest, it works better than I expected. As long as you mold it and properly place it in your mouth, you will not snore I went from many sleepless nights kicking him out of bed, to now being able to sleep peacefully by his side. I can say that this mouth guard has definitely saved our marriage!
