What are the lumens rating of these lights?

most 3W LEDs (I've made a couple custom LED designs) will put out 150-230 lumens, EACH. Depends on what the design and efficiency/manufacturer of LED is. 12 LED's in unit, 36W says they are using 3W (each) LEDs. My educated guess is 150x12 = 1,800 lumens on the low end, 2,760 lumens on the high. Maybe a Nilight rep will chime in with actual numbers - would be nice :)

Does this come with the mounting hardware? I have a 2006 dodge ram 2500

Yes, it comes with mounting hardware, basically a pair of L brackets that connect to the end of the light and the bottom of the L bracket has holes for you to drill into your rig and use screws to mount it to the surface. The light has worked real well for me.

Will this mount to the roof with provided hardware or do i need to order additional mounting?

Buy additional hardware. Roof mounts for you style truck or make your own roof mounts

Nilight rocks

The beam spread & intensity is just awesome.Beam color is pure white.Only downside is that the nuts provided with the brackets are of cheap quality & have rusted within 2days

Not recommended. Wasted money.

Value for money is 2 out of 5. Gives good angle lightning but not effective in foggy wether and trust me the water gets inside the glass (actually it's plastic #just for better understanding and your expectations) plus the lightning range is below expectation.
