Awful
The actual mop sections are nothing like the photo on Amazon. They are impossible to put together. You probably have to jam them into each other. The section ends are ribbed (see photo on left) as compared to the photo on Amazon (see photo on right). Please somebody tell me how to put this together properly. I have just used the mop (that's why I bought it) but the handle is very unstable because I can't jam the sections into each other hard enough. Would someone please help.

Great Mop!
It's a good quality mop which holds a lot of water! Not going to lie I'm at that mature age where I get excited trying not new household items so couldn't wait to try this! Cleaned really nicely the pole feels sturdy overall great mop! :P

Love my mop(s)
This mop is actually fun to use as it's super lightweight, with a wide pad for wet or dry cleaning. Because the head swivels easily, it reaches round and under chairs and table legs.I use it for wet mopping the kitchen floor (using a squeeze bottle of safe-for-pets floor cleanser).Have just purchased another for dry sweeping although I could swap out the pads on one. This adds to the ease of use which is important to me.It also stores "flat" just between my fridge and the wall, so is close to hand, but also out of the way.

Does the job but it casts fibres a lot, on my smooth linoleum floor in my kitchen and on rough wet room floor in my shower room it casts off fibres to easily, so have to hoover them once dryAs mentioned it does have a long handle but as mentioned by others its not very strong and a counter the break down comment. The Handle comes in 3 parts which are a tight friction push fit, no chance this can be broken down without having to replace it when the friction of the connections is no longer there.

Traditional mop with universal screw pole
Traditional mop with less bulkier head than I was expecting. The pieces do not fit well together. Might require the strength of a titan to drive them all the way in but at least I was able to mop without the pole disintegrating. I prefer this to the microfibre mops which are too expensive and do not last long.

Poor quality from Addis
This item from Addis who have been around for years is very poor quality. The mop head is good but the shaft and its assembly is poor. The sharf pieces are difficult to insert into each other and I had to carefully knock them down to get a stable handle otherwise it was wobbly. The issue is that the shaft ends has plastic splines and is not willing to fit together and the metal is so thin... Very poor item from a known maker.. Probably made now in China...

Thin Stick will it twist or bend?
So first of all in all fairness for a fiver this isn't bad but then for a fiver i can see why. I can say the cotton mop head is less than thick and full, just seems like a small handful of strands and then the mop head is on the small side. The stick or rod is very thin in diameter and so i'm not sure with some extra strength in mopping if it will bend and snap (i haven't tried yet). Finally I thought this was one of those collapsible or removable sticks so i can conveniently take apart and stuff the thing in a cupboard but to be honest once you put it together you will find it very hard to take apart and so I guess this means it's holds together well.

Not as good as I was expecting
I struggled to put it together, even though I tapped it hard upside down on a hard surface, but I didn’t have the strength the push each section all the way in, each section, wobbled about in use. My partner came to the rescue and forced each section into place and it was a lot sturdier, with the exception of the mop end itself, which, when turning in the wringer bucket, does not squeeze out satisfactorily. Instead, I needed to push down instead of turning the mop round, as the end just stays where it is, and only the pole turns. Fortunately the mop head isn’t too dense and it’s possible to press down and get a lot of water out, but it may mean a shorter life to the wringer on my bucket. I’d expected better, but it’s still useable.
