Disappointed
Bought it directly from their Web site and just finished setting it up. So far I'm not sure if it's going to do the job for my voice over business. Unless I make some modifications. It was raining when I finished set up, and standing inside the booth I could hear every drop hitting the roof above me. If you're going to use this make sure it is already a very quiet room. There were a LOT of gaps left after I attached all the zip ties. Yes, once the frame is together it's held together with zip ties.Had to go buy more zip ties because I ran out and still had gaps. The elastic straps that are included to cover the gaps on the top are put together with staples, and they kept popping off... the staples AND the straps that is.Once I realized the straps (and staples) weren't gonna stay, I tossed them aside.I'm going to try to up the sound proofing and cover up all possible gaps with some moving blankets and muslin clamps. They included a teeny tiny little clip light. Very teeny and very tiny. I'm gonna have to buy a couple of lamps or set up a hanging bulb system. My shop teacher Coach Reeves will be proud.Positives:1) The support staff is very friendly and very responsive when you contact them.2) They included a very nice Nady microphone with the order. But I figured out rather quickly during setup that I could have sat down and designed this myself, bought the materials from Home Depot and finished this project for well under the $1000+ I wound up paying.Gonna have to make it work now because I gotta get to work.Lesson learned.
