Cured 3 Month Old Baby Silent Reflux!
Short story: the first dose eliminated all silent reflux symptoms in my 3 month old baby.Long story: the same day my baby turned 3 month old, she became a different baby. Being solely breastfed, she started turning away from my breast (with nipple still in her mouth … ouch) Every feeding progressively got harder and harder. She was choking on milk and 30 minute per breast, 2 breast feedings turned into 10-15 minute one sided. We tried everything possible. What worked best was feeding her while super sleepy, otherwise I’d have to pump and bottle feed, which she had way less problem with due to her positioning during feeding, we later figured out. All that was manageable even if time consuming and frustrating, but she started puking clear liquid while laying on her back and then swallowing/choking on it. She would also get terrible pains in her chest/stomach (was hard to tell) She also started coughing and had a constant nasal congestion. We took her to ER. They said all the symptoms were a classic case of Silent Reflux and prescribed an acid suppressant. They also found 2 teeth coming out at 3 months (!!!) Since infant stomach flora is the last thing one would want to tinker with and, according to research, some common side effects of acid suppressants are inhibited vitamin absorption and fragile bones later in life, I kept on searching for solution.I came across these pills in some blog and didn’t have much hope since some homeopathic remedies did nothing for my babies teething pain. Since they are formulated for kids 2+ y. o. I decided to give her half a daily dose just as another reviewer mentioned she was giving to her infant. ½ pill before and after a meal x 3 daily, totaling in 3 pills/day. Some people dissolve it in a bottle of milk and someone mentioned they weren’t able to give it to their baby for that reason. I didn’t want to waste a dose in a bottle of unfinished milk and wanted to find a way to give it straight to her mouth. I tried the pill: it’s mildly sweet and falls apart as soon as it gets in contact with saliva. Ever though the pill size is not tiny (see my photo), I feel comfortable giving it straight to my babies mouth making sure to push it to the back along the inner side of her cheek so that it doesn’t float out with all of her drool. The pills are easy to split in half with a knife, but if I get too lazy, I just bite half of it off and take it myself. Here’s the best part. I saw an immediate change: her weird “I’m in pain” voice switched to her sweet pre-reflux babbling, she stopped screaming while being horizontal. We still elevate her mattress to about 6-7 degrees and she plays on her back laying on a 12 degree wedge, she still occasionally pukes a tiny amount, but all other symptoms went away. Some people mentioned prop 65 warning, but I see nothing of the kind on our bottle. I am so grateful to all the moms who took the time to leave their feedback about this amazing product. Get it! Don’t set your expectations too high. If it doesn’t work, you are one step closer to a solution, if it does though, you get your sleep back.I don’t know the difference between x30 and x6 types of these pills, but we got the x6 version.I hope you find this information helpful.

Reduces reflux symptoms
I read about these in a blog about reflux in infants. After reading reviews here I was skeptical but desperate. I started giving my 2 month old one tablet before a feed and one after just placing pill on his tongue and letting it disolve. His symptoms were cut in half. Minimal spit up, only needed to be burped halfway through feed instead of every oz. The pills disolve easily, so easy I've had them fall apart just taking it out of bottle. Not a cure all but feedings are so much better.

Worked for silent reflux, along with other remedies
We had major silent reflux issues. Choking, gagging, arching the back in pain. I cut dairy but it takes a while to get out of your system and my lo got so bad he wasn’t able to hardly eat. We got on ppi’s But I was not thrilled with that but had to do something. After researching, I found this. When it had been about 5 or 6 weeks of no dairy, I cut the meds cold turkey. We did this regimen of half tablet before and after a feed. Within a week, he was having less and less issues. The second week I only used it about every other feed then went to only after and within about 2 weeks we didn’t need it any more! Now, dairy is a huge issue for him. Even the slightest hidden amount or something processed on the same line will cause a reaction. His reactions vary based on how much he gets but he didn’t have any issues with these. When he does get dairy and has a bad reflux flare up, we still use these to help get over the hump. It doesn’t make it go away instantly as the dairy has to get out but it definitely helps us manage during the those few days!I would highly recommend trying this for silent reflux, such a better option over prescription meds in my opinion!

Seems like it is helping only after 3 days of taking.
My 2 month old suffers from reflux and I bought these hoping they would help. She seems to be happier and able to move gas along easier so far and I hope the symptoms improve every day until they are gone. Will buy again.

Life saver!
Before even bringing my baby home from he hospital I knew he had reflux issues. My 4 year old daughter suffered with acid reflux as a baby also so I was able to recognize the signs. I asked the doctor about it & he said it should be fine & to change my diet. When that didn't work, I took to the internet & discovered these tablets. I read all the reviews & took a chance. My son is 3 months old & after just 2 days on them I already noticed a difference. His naps never lasted more than 30 minutes before he'd wake up screaming & having to burp or throw up. That second day he took an 3 hour nap in his bassinet, I couldn't believe it. It's been a week now, & while it hasn't completely eliminated the problem, it's drastically reduced his symptoms. He still spits up a little, but nothing like the projectile vomit he used to do after a feeding. I give him 1 after every feeding during the day, roughly 5 or 6 times a day. I also take 2 along with a probiotic at breakfast, lunch, & dinner. I have continued to adhere to a modified diet of no dairy, gluten, spicy foods, all the usual suspects. So, while I can't say with 100% certainty that it's these pills doing the trick, I will say that they've drastically reduced his symptoms. If you're unsure if it'll work, just try it & see. It has helped many babies, including mine. I wish I had found these sooner!

Helped reflux, but has lactose
This definitely helped with my infant’s reflux, and I love how easily it dissolves. However, I wish it didn’t contain lactose. I know it’s supposed to be purified but from what I have gathered there’s no 100% guarantee there’s no milk protein traces left and we are dairy free. Even though it helped with the reflux, I felt the gas was worse but that also could’ve been due to other reasons.
