So this smells fantastic, and works great. The problem is, it’s cAlled a lotion BAR, but it’s solid lotion in a plastic tin. Which makes it really hard to use- I’m having to scrape some off with my nail to get it out, which is annoying. I got this specifically because it was a bar & would be easy to apply. This is not easy. I wish they would change the name since it’s not actually a bar, it’s really misleading. Ugh.

I have used Northridge Gardens moisturizing bars for over 15 years. I even used to sell them as a vendor at craft fairs during the holidays. Not ONE person who tried it, left that day without buying one. The secret is to take the bar out of the container, use the warmth of your hands to "melt" the lotion bar and then apply where needed with your hands, on your hands, anywhere you need the comfort of dry skin relief. I always personally use the Non-Scented because I have a sensitivity to things, but the scents are light and not overwhelming. To remove the bar, you loosen the cap , and turn It over and firmly tap it onto a counter, loosening the bar from the container. Put into your hands, rub it between your hands as long as needed and replace bar to container. Within a few short minutes you will see that nothing is left behind, you can touch papers and other surfaces without leaving lotion behind etc. This will also last though hand washings making it a protective barrier for your skin. Great for nurses and others who are constantly washing their hands. I came across this listing today and had to leave a review. I just LOVE these bars.
