Have not used it yet but wanted to comment on the safety wire included. It is super thin, finer than a cat hair. To make matters worse it is twisted in a figure eight and I cannot untwist it. Happy that it is made in the USA. Looks to be metal stamping powder coated.

works as advertised, little slow to keep up with temp but does the job.

Works. A little big for my Lopi stovetop insert for my liking but seems to work fine. Wish it had a little bucket handle to lift or move it like my old one from another company, but it does job. Wouldn’t buy again but no issue with it.

Thermostat received quickly and in great shape. Have been using it now about 3 weeks and appears to be accurate temperature wise. Mine is mounted on the top of the stove as I am using double wall pipe up from the stove. I will be checking the accuracy once I obtain a laser thermometer.

I don’t know how accurate this can be as it arrived without the safety wire mentioned on the packaging. It doesn’t stay on the pipe without the wire and is front heavy so falls down. Disappointing and do not recommend.
