BELLACupcake Couture Paper Party Striped Straws, Purple/White

After reading the reviews for other paper straws I settled on these, paying a little more. These do not disappoint. Very sturdy, stands up to the most time consuming smoothies one can make.

When I purchased the straws for my Neice's Grad Party, I thought they would be a cute little accent and add some color to the decor. Then I decided to tie them to the custom water bottles, with ribbon, as I've seen on pinterest. Well it didn't work well for me trying to tie them on the side. Then my sister came up with a brilliant plan to tie them around the neck of the bottle. It made the straws look like mini diplomas! Needless to say it was a big hit and we received a lot if compliments on the design. I think the Black and White straws worked better than the purple and white, many because they looked more like diplomas. I'll definently use this again.

Worked great for our mermaid themed pool party!

I ordered these for a purple-themed baby shower I was hosting. They arrived very quickly. We used them in both orange juice and lemonade (both pretty acidic) and the colors stayed true -- no creepy inking or anything. No taste, just like solid eco-friendly paper straws SHOULD be, and I was surprised to find they lasted in my drink, even though with organizing games and other festivities, my straw easily stayed in my lemonade for a few hours!

Got soggy but a great fun look.

I purchased these for my daughter's upcoming summer wedding and couldn't be happier with how they look! So happy in fact, that I'm going to order more right now. The first thing I did when they arrive was to put it in my water glass, and I'd like to report that they hold up well and the color didn't run.

You get what is pictured. It took a while to get here but I don't mind for the price. I had two straws bent a little at the corners but I just popped them back into place when I opened the package. I would order again.
