I like substance. I like products that don't choose to bend themselves when you look at them. And, most of all, I like a heavy duty dustpan. I am sure, if you were to throw this dustpan into the air on a windy day, it would fly away. That is how thin the steel is. I predict its life will be short and painful.

The handle needs to be held carefully as edges are sharp, although they have been bent to avoid cutting of hand. I will probably wrap cloth/tape around it anyway if it keeps feeling sharp on using. The piece I got has rough edge on the blade side (small cuts into the edge) so have to be careful if washing by hand, but manageable because that is the blade side which will be aimed on the floor. The handle is welded (not rivetted) - hoping it stays stuck for long enough. The overall steel is reasonably thick and looks good. Hope it proves to be true stainless steel and stays rustfree. Looks good new. Reasonably satisfied - although would have preferred a better smoother finish and handle comfort. Fit for purpose.

Material is average. Length 20 cms (excluding handle). Breadth 18 cms. Original stcicker removed and repasted with hazel. Material is same as shown in picture.

As stated earlier, care should be taken to ensure that the leading edge is not bent. A teflon or hard rubber sleeve along this edge would ensure a straight edge.

It’s what I expected, except that the handle digs in your hand when you hold it.

This dustpan by HAZEL size and quality is perfect.I bought a lot of plastic dustpan from the market but it has been broken within 10 days.
