I had purchased two jelly bags last year for my son and I to take a weekend trip. I really liked it because it appeared to be sturdy. It held up on that 1st trip well... I didn't need it again until 1 year later as a TSA bag is not required when checking bags for international flights. I pulled it out and *snap* just like that, the top where the zipper was sewn down pulled apart! I was so mad! Two days before my trip and I couldn't get another, even with Prime as it happened on Monday night and I was leaving on Wednesday evening. I took a chance and bought this bag and two others similar to what I'd had before... only heavy plastic, not that jelly material. I got super lucky and this was delivered in time for me to repack my items and everything fit like a breeze! I was really impressed with the quality of this bag... so much so, I jumped on Amazon and bought another to have as a backup... just in case. It traveled well and, by the time I got home, I'd ordered two more... one for my daughter and one for my son as his jelly bag split while we were away! The handle is a nice feature... can be clipped onto your belt loop, on the handle of your carry on, on the handle of your tote, briefcase, laptop or personal bag. It appears to be made well and I don't see the zipper separating at all. Overall, we have 4 of these now and I think it was a good investment!! P.S. I fit a LOT in this little bag, no problem.

Update: I ended up keeping this bag and just flew with it for a short trip. I still think the zipper configuration is a shame, but there were advantages to the bag.I loaded my items (most in very slim atomizer bottles about the diameter of a lip gloss tube) into a "stand & fill" quart Ziploc slider bag. The bag was a tight fit in the sling bag I took on the Frontier flight as my personal item, and I feared it would tear when getting it out for the security check. What I ended up doing was putting the Ziploc bag into this bag. The slick surface of this bag and the handle made it super simple to pull out for security and replace. I didn't worry about it tearing, and had TSA decided to get picky, I could always unzip this one and pull out the Ziploc.Things I'd really like to see in a bag like this: A transparent/white mesh divider with little pockets or elastics to better keep items in place (perhaps with a hanging hook to use as a mini shower caddy), the black fabric placed a bit lower so it doesn't cover up what's inside, and a longer zipper that allow the bag to be placed on a flat surface and unzipped completely. I still think the handle attachment points are great, and appreciate its size, its sturdiness, and the slick surface.#####Original review:This is a very nicely made item, but I am considering returning it due to the zipper.But first, the good. The size is appropriate--not one of those huge bags that TSA could laugh at and reject, if the officer feels so inclined, and not a teeny little bag that nothing will fit into. It's approximately the size of a quart-sized zip bag, except thicker, which makes it easier to fit those travel-sized bottles.I like the materials. The black strip on the lower portion of the bag makes me wonder if I would catch flack from TSA, but it does reinforce the clear plastic. My favorite part is the clip-on strap, which allows the bag to hang up from a hook, by attaching it to a ring on the bag at the top, or one on the side.I am minimizing the items I take--smaller sizes, smaller containers, but even though I don't think I'm a high-maintenance person who uses a ton of products, I still find it difficult to pack items into bags that zip at the top. I was specifically looking for a TSA 3-1-1 bag that had some sort of hanging hook, with a suitcase-style opening that zipped on 3 sides. The clamshell-type opening would allow you to set it flat on a table for packing.That's what disappoints me about this bag. Although it zips on 3 sides, the third side doesn't zip as far as the first side, which prevents laying it flat to pack the bag.I wish the photos would show the zipper on all sides, because I would have chosen something else had I known about the zipper positioning.If you are OK with packing the bag from the top, you will probably love this bag.

I travel a lot - 100k miles last year - so I know a thing or two about travel bags.This bag seems much more durable than the other bags which I've used over the years. The edges all seem sewn well, and thus less likely to separate. I'm excited to use it for that reason.That said, I haven't yet had an opportunity to see if the bag gets "flagged" for not being 100% see-through. With TSA Precheck, it's not often / never pulled out of my bag. It likely will be when I travel from abroad, though. The bottom inch or so is black, as you can see, and it didn't dawn on me that this would entirely obscure the smaller items I hold in my bag. Not a problem for the big deodorant-type items but travel toothpaste, etc. is hidden at the bottom behind the black border. Major fail in the design in my opinion. I'll update the review if/when I get called out for this issue.

New post: I like the bag so I returned the first one that was delivered without a strap/handle and ordered another. I asked the customer community and was convinced my missing handle was an isolated mistake (thanks everyone for your responses!). The new bag was delivered today and it's great (with a handle/strap). Appears to be well made, a perfect size, and should last for many years. I’ve revised my rating to a 5 star!Original post: The product was delivered without the expected “handle”. I like the bag but will return if it doesn’t have the handle. Doesn’t appear to be a communication channel to ask that a handle be sent, only a return option. So, I guess I’ll return it...,

It is a cute little bag but what shows up on my screen is a black/camo bag. What I got was just a plain black bag. I hate boring businessman black and so therefore I am not interested in a plain black bag. If it was camo like shows on my screen I would have kept it even at the high price for one bag because black/camo is cute but plain black is boring and therefore has to go back. Cute bag. Boring color.

Love this TSA toiletries bag. It fits so much stuff and with the strap it is so easy to pull out of my tote bag to go through security. My sister was jealous when she saw mine so I had to get one for her and my other sister. They love them too. Thanks.

It's very thick and seems like it won't tear up. I got this as a gift with a few other traveling accessories for my niece. I wasn't impressed when I first saw it because it's really just a basic makeup bag. When she unwrapped everything though, the material feels thicker than appearance so will probably last. It's good, not great, but definitely good for travel to ensure one isn't overpacking toiletries.

Sturdy and spacious, but technically a little too spacious. This pouch is actually quite a bit bigger than the size allowed for carry on travel for liquids, so I would not recommend it for that.

This product is nice and holds everything well. However, it is not travel approved if travelling in Canada. It is too big. I would return it if the return window hadn't passed.

I have a couple of other products from this tange, so I was pleased to be offered this - to complete the set. The main advantage is for travelling - but if you carry a few things - it is good to be able to see whats in the bag with rummaging around in it. I like the strap thing - but it is detachable if you don't need it. Everything seems well made and I think the price is reasonable.

I like the thought of one of these, however for the price of £10.99 I must say it is smaller than expected, there are more options available if you wanted a bit more versatility for travel. I use it for some useful work stuff to be together in my rucksack for ease of use.In summary, well made but not value for money in my opinion.Kindly let me know whether this review was helpful.

This bag is well made and has thick material. It has a double zip on it and a see through window on front and back. This is perfect for carrying toiletries onto carry on on planes and it is accepted by security too. No more messing around trying to fit items into a easy break plastic bag at the airport.
