Excellent quality and value for the price (and best customer service)
This is a great product and the customer service is excellent. Installation was pretty easy although I needed to improvise for some issues, mostly of my own:* When mounted, some buttons of my original mirror of my car (2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport) were pressed whole time (including that for garage door), so I had to cut and used 3 pieces of rubber eraser to separate the original mirror from the dash cam.* The wires for rear cam couldn't be inserted into the tube of the hatch back door of my car, so I just taped them inside the door.* The "red" wire for the reverse signal was a little bit too short, so I couldn't hide elegantly, but it was just fine.* The compass in the upper right corner of my original mirror was covered, which I knew but gave up.The seller will send me a free car battery cable so that I can connect it to the car battery for continuous monitoring.PROs:Good front cam video quality. Nice design. Touch screen with PIP. 128GB SD capacity. - Overall, great value!Wishes:* It's not easy to press the on-screen button for front-rear video switch while driving. - I wish it were placed in the center.* The screen can be turned on by touching it, but cannot be turned off by touching. - It'll be better if this is possible.* Rear-cam video is somewhat blurry (due to lower resolution) - Understandable due to the size of the rear cam, but if there is a version with high resolution rear cam, I'd be interested.* It'll be better if front and rear recorded videos are categorized for playback.*** UPDATE (2/7/2019) ***The seller is offering the best customer service ever possible - the best based on my experience with amazon for over a decade. They even replied to my inquires during the Chinese New Year holidays that they are in. They care. I highly recommend this seller!

Works very very well, price is perfect.
Picture is awesome. Back up video is about typical quality. But not terrible. A lot of features built in. Touch screen, G sensor, fully movable forward facing camera. Mirror looks high end. Like it belongs in a $100k car. No joke. You’ll love it. Slight con: does not come with SD card. Another $30 for that. Now waiting 2 days more for it to come. CANNOT record until you put a card in. Second con: a little heavy. And it shakes slightly when you drive. Third slight con: back up camera view is not wide angle enough. Price is just right, you get a lot of quaility for the price. I hope it lasts! Running the wire end to end would be a huge hassle to pull out if it fails. It would also be nice to save the camera view you set. It resets every time. P. S. I bought the warranty through Amazon. I’m covered if it doesn’t last.

WASTE OF MONEY!
Bought on May 20, 2019 it worked for 50-60 days after that it malfunctioned, camera recording would randomly turn off, had it on 5 min recording loop and when playing it back, it would only play a few seconds (would be useless in the case of an accident), tried playing recorded video again a couple days later and it's recording my back up camera view, powers off and on randomly, for the price I was willing to sacrifice some quality but this camera is trash.

Not mad anymore
This camera stop working already. However, it's still a very nice camera for the money.I reach out to square trade insurance and they told me to contact the manufacturer. BeAngle, right. After contacting the seller and they put another camera in the mail the next day. That's great customer service. Thank you...

Great item....
Nice screen and easy set up. One down side, since I own a hatchback, is I couldn't install the rear camera outside. I had to install it inside near my window. So all was good until I hooked it up with my reverse light. When the reverse light activates the program for backing up, kicks on little lights on the camera. These lights reflect back off the glass and ruin the video. Also since I mounted inside the rear window, it's too high to use the guide lines for parking. I'm positive it'd work fine if I was able to mount outside under the bumper near the plate, but unable to on my Yaris. Definitely a great item, with equal quality. I'd buy again if needed to.

Meh..
Overall, an OK product. I stopped using it for a few reasons. First, it is too big; it blocks too much of my windshield for my comfort and safety. Second, it takes WAY too long to get to the screen I want. I bought this to assist with backing up more safely since I often travel with my very large dog who likes to stand in the back seat when transporting her to daycare (and thus blocks my view when I'm backing up). I have to wait for the device to power on (few seconds), then start scrolling through the various views--it defaults to the front-facing camera, then does a split view, the a thumbnail rear view, then full rear view. This takes about 30 seconds to do all of this and if I'm running late for work or want to get somewhere in a hurry, this is very inconvenient. Third, there is no way to toggle a less reflective "night mode," as you can with traditional car rear view mirrors. Some reviewers say you can still use the one that came on your original rear view mirror, but this is NOT TRUE. The mirror is highly reflective and not suitable for those bothered by headlights in their rear view mirror. I am probably going to keep using my regular rear view mirror and just keep this one somewhere else as an additional tool for backing up. Not what I wanted to have to do, though. :(

Requires AC power source
I prefer to have my AC power ports available for phone charging, and I am also not a fan of having to have excess wires running throughout my car. This device requires AC power in order to operate. So a potential problem is not being able to record when the car is turned off. Another issue is having to run/tuck all the wires through the inside of your car.I have bought other products for previous cars where you could run a short cable from your camera to the map lights and have 24/7 recording capabilities with a DC power source. (AutoVox)I had a miserable time setting up this camera for my wife and all in all just really was not a fan of this product.
