It worked for about two weeks, then last night, dark brown goo starting oozing out from underneath the hotplate, and filled the room with thick, noxious smoke. I feel certain that had I not unplugged it immediately, that it would have caught on fire. A terrible product in every way. I wouldn't have given it any stars at all, but I need to in order to submit this review, which I sincerely hope will deter anyone else from making such a hazardous purchase.

Not overly powerful and broke after one week, trying changing fuse but to no avail. No response from seller

I would like a refund please.Only one ring works. This is a replacement already after the first one stopped working.I have tried to contact your business - there is no one there.There is no support to return this faulty item. Please can someone assist me

I bought this for candle making and I'm very pleased with it. The only criticism is that the instructions describe low-medium-hot settings which the ring I've received doesn't have. It has 3 dots then a large gap and then 1 to 5. No idea what the 3 dots do so far! But it's a solid but of kit, boils a large pan of water quickly and then it's easy to get back in it's box for storing away.

This is bought to warm my food in the office because I don't want to use a microwave. It worked well for two weeks before blowing off. Amazon did not return my money saying it was past the return date. This is because I did not start to use it immediately. I got a resolver involved. Amazon now wanted me to return it for a peanut, and it was pretty heavy. I end up losing out on this.

Very useful. Worked perfectly and we got it at a bargain.

It broke down 2 weeks after I bought it.
