Me encanta, si estás buscando algo que te ayuda a mantenerte cómoda y caliente en tus días te lo recomiendo 100 % me parece el mejor precio del mercado por la calidad de estos parches te los puedes pegar a tu ropa interior y vas a sentir calientito por aproximadamente ocho horas yo me lo coloqué por más tiempo y aún así se mantuvo caliente me ayudó muchísimo con mis cólicos y dolores menstruales así que lo recomiendo al 100 % tiene un tamaño cómodo, así que no te sentirás incómoda usándolo ni se nota a través de la ropa!

Not very much heat
Updating my review. The company responded to my message and they are sending me replacement patches.Used my first one today. Just got a little warm couldn't really feel much. It was a good size but expected more heat.

Portable Pain Relief That Lasts
Wow, these patches are exactly what I never knew I needed in my life. I've used heating pads for the vast majority of my life to combat monthly cramps. However, few of us can stay sitting down tied to an electrical socket all day. These amazing heat patches stick right onto the front of one's panties and provide soothing, gentle heat and pain relief on the go. Cord-free relief, finally! I am so happy these patches exist, and I'll be recommending them to all of my lady friends. They're worth every penny.

Just ok. There are better products out there.
The media could not be loaded. These are ok. They do what they need to do. I just wish the heat was just a little stronger. I have tried four other brands and this comes in about around 3rd or 4th product that I would reach for it I was out of the other brands. The size is the perfect size to put on the inside of your underwear or pants for your lower abdomen

Wow! These heat patches work great and are easy to use. They are the perfect size for applying to stomach area when you're having period cramps. They are discreet too, so you can wear them on the go and they last for a long time. Such a great price for a pack of 3.

Interesting Heat Patch
Ordered this for a little soothing heat on my left leg which has a muscular ache often. It comes in a pretty flat pink and green box with white writing. It is not what I am used to using for a heating pad and thought this would be helpful away from home and could be used discreetly. At first when I took it out of the package it didn't do anything. No heat. I sort of re-read the instructions on how to open it and then decided (though instructions don't say this) to give it a little gentle shake. I put it on my pant leg and then it slowly oh so slowly started to gently heat up. It is a gentle heat and didn't get too hot, and I did find it soothing. You really do have to wear a pretty thin layer of clothing or this might not be felt too much. I ended up moving it around as the adhesive is good, and the pad is soothing and pleasant. I could feel the warmth through my shirt just fine. This really is pretty convenient as you can carry it around and have a heat patch easily away from home. Or you could use it at home and it is safer than having an electric pad. It lasted a long while and while it didn't get anywhere near hot and just stayed quite warm, it was a nice soothing temperature.
