PortmeirionBotanic Garden Bella Jug, Sunflower Motif

This is the second Jug to be delivered. The jug is beautiful. The first arrived poorly packed with the display box in a slightly larger box and absolutely no protection packing. So arrived from the UK broken. Returned that piece and was assured the reorder would be packed as it should be. Well it was not. The replacement box was damaged like the first but by some miracle arrived undamaged. So how do I rate this. The jug is lovely but the packing is terrible. So I'm giving this 4 stars only due to packing.

Very high quality, beautifully done and looks wonderful in our sunflower themed bathroom.

Received my beautiful jug a couple of months ago. Tried to use it today and discovered that it leaked all over my counter. To late to send it back. Discovered that the handle is not stout enough to support the jug with liquid in it if you pick it up by the handle. The jug now has a crack ranging from top to bottom in line with the handle. Beautiful jug, but what good is that if you can't use it.

Love the shape of this jug. The sunflower print is beautiful. It was packaged well for transit. No cracks.

My wife loves her new garden jug. Has it on display all the time. Fantastic quality would definitely recommend this product.

Knowing the item was fragile, it should have been padded and packages correctly. Very disappointed. I did not order another one from them.

We found that the jug was exactly what we wanted, but the main thig was that it was available on line, which it wasn't in local shops. The delivery time was just great, so we were well pleased all round.

The Portmeirion water pitcher is beautiful! I have Portmeirion china and this new sunflower motif is a welcomed addition to my collection.Also the Amazon price was much lower than retail!
