Great source of vitamin k2
Great source of vitamin k2. No other supplement has this much k2. I take 1 pill per day for the k2, and take seperate supplements for additional calcium and d3.

Deceiving product description
Very deceiving product description. Implies the amount of ingredients is per capsule. HOWEVER the truth is that you have to take SIX capsules. They should include a picture of the ingredient label which they do not. Shameful

Unique formula decreases fractures
The doctors who created this formula included a unique form of vitamin K2, called MK4, plus calcium and vitamin D. The amount of MK4 in a day's amount is 45 mg, which is the amount used in clinical trials and shown to decrease fractures up to 87%. No other formula in the country can make this claim. The 45 mg daily of MK4 has been approved as a medication in Japan since 1995 to prevent and treat osteoporosis. Plus, Osteo-K contains 1000 mg calcium (citrate) and 2000 IU vitamin D3 per day.

Misleading product description
Don't assume that 180 caps are a three month supply. It is actually a 30 supply because they conveniently leave out the fact that the daily dosage is six caps. They say the K2 - MK4 is 45mg..it is not! The label says it is 22.5 mg. They doubled all the actual ingrediants printed on the label,leaving the impression that each cap contains 45mg. No where in the description can you find the daily dosage. Personally, I will never buy another product from this supplier.

I am a cancer survivor. I went through 6 treatments of chemo for AML. I saw this product in a group discussion on Leukemia. I saw many patients taking this to help keep their Leukemia in remission. I have read many great success stories for this product ranging from cancer to osteoporosis to other ailments. I started to take this product around my last treatment of chemo. It has now been 6 months since my last treatment and I still take this product daily, and I am still in remission.

Best Bioavailability
Nutritional Biochemistry, Osteo-K - 180 Capsules The product has helped the absorption of Vitamin D. Taking Vitamin D capsules and/or liquid as suggested on the various supplement bottles did not increase the VitD blood levels. This does.

Sounds Good but didn't work for me
Have taken this product for 2 years. Fell and broke my hip so I don't think it works! I stopped purchasing it 6 months ago.
