Navi Replacement Radio for Mustang 15-18 Android 6.0 FM AM Wifi Touchscreen Deck

Ok, So i read the reviews, and some off the Bay as well. I have NO idea what these people that complain about complexity and install times are talking about. My install prior to purchasing: Base Ford Stereo, hi to low signal converters, my Blaupunkt 4x300 and my Planet Audio Sub amp.Upon unboxing, i was pleasantly surprised to see (Drum roll.......INSTRUCTIONS). EDIT The instructions are not clear when it comes to the CAN connections. To get all the bells and whistles (including the tach YAY) to work, I had to use a combination of the high and mid wiring harnesses (theres one connection that plugged into a connection that I undid and used the sync unit connector (harness is supplied that pulls CAN and rear camera) instead. ).Once installed, i found ONE issue. The remote lead. The blue wire I used (only BLUE wire not connected to anything coming out of the back of the unit) was no op (may not be an accessory turn on lead, wasnt marked).There IS an Illlumination lead, but i was hesitant to use this. (Not needed, as I use the dimmer on the tablet).Overall, Its a great unit. I would not spend more than I did for it, however, im pleased with my purchase.Update... So the sub feed is just a positive line level out, no negative. Just fed my subs off the preamp out from my blau amp. Complete system: (4) polk 300w 4ohm running at 300 rms at 2 ohm off a blau 1504. (2) Orion Cobalt 6.5 mids at 300w rms at 2 ohm (2) pioneer dvc 1500w 4amp dvc running off a second bridged blau 1504.All I can say is wow.

So much promise yet with painstakingly frustrating results, you can't touch it for about 10 minutes or the whole thing goes nuts an freezes. Great idea with very poor hardware and software. Save your money until the next model.

Looks good, sounds great and works like I expected. Does take around 30 sec to boot up, but that's to be expected since it is a Android tablet.

Great idea. Very poor execution. Had to return mine for issues with backup camera working and then not working. Also had issues with navigation knowing where I was as well as time keeping issues.

I just bought this product for my 2016 V6 Mustang and I can say I’m pretty happy with it so far. Looks cools and works great. But don’t install it yourself! Safe yourself the trouble and get a professional.
