MothAr Cylinder Piston Kit For 50 Junior Senior Mini Adventure SX PRO LC

Everything in this kit fit well with the exception of the gasket that goes between the crankcase and the cylinder. The holes were slightly off but off enough that the unit tore when trying to install it. The old one was in good shape so it was re-used. All parts were easy to install. So far the part is performing as expected.

Son's been riding on this top end for about a year, no racing, but it's holding up great. Base gasket needed trimmed but otherwise perfect.

Was a quick solution but base gasket holes were way off also I had super hard time getting it on case bolts seems like the holes were drilled slightly off also.makes me wonder what else is off internally but nonetheless it works I had to hammer it on I now regret that I should have drilled the holes out a little more I will have a hard time getting it back off in the future

Piece of slag broke off that was on the bottom of the cylinder wall edge...not inside the cylinder itself but it was just poor casting. It entered the cylinder and this is the result...it actually ended up destroying my cylinder head as well so this $90 part cost me almost $300 in replacement parts. The bearing was also too large and didn’t fit, had to use the old one...

Poor casting in cylinder. Chunks of material flaking off in ports. Had to drill out cylinder bolt holes. Gasket had to be cut. Wrist pin bearing wouldn't fit. Hope it stays together.

O ring groove on top 4 head gasket is to narrow the O rings do not fit properly and will cut the gasket when you tighten head down
