HTV, not screen printing. Flag doesn't look good.
It wasn't clear on the description so I thought it was screen printed but it was just heat transfer vinyl. The quality of the shirt is ok, 2 stars for that. The big problem is the flag. The vinyl was not very well layered and the "Ordem e Progresso" is completely blurred.
