can i make sushi with this?

I’ve had it twice. I ate two as sashimi, two steamed with my rice cooker. I rate both of them well. If you’re really unsure, take these tips: it’s far safer farm raised, since they inspect the cuts often for the sake of the all other fish maintaining an eco-friendly environment. Any further inspection would essentially be secondary. With that said, you can freeze it yourself for about 2-4 hours at minimum below 4°F. Thaw it back in the refrigerator, or microwave it if you want it immediately. It’s not done yet though, as the final step for the surface sanitation involves getting some pure white vinegar, or white rice vinegar (I recommend the latter, trust me there’s a difference in the vinegar taste, sushi itself uses white rice vinegar). Splash a little bit on a preferably wooden cutting board and gently rub to spread the vinegar across evenly. Place the fish on the board, pour some vinegar in a small bowl, take a sauce baster or fine tip brush and apply a single, thin layer over the entire fish. You really don’t need much at all, otherwise you’ll end up with sour fish. Most people don’t realize this last step because restaurants do well and you would almost never notice the smell. If you ever wondered why sushi fish smelled somewhat “fresher,” it’s actually the light vinegar mixed with the fish odor. Please wait 5-15 minutes for the vinegar to do its job before cutting and serving. You’re basically good to go at this point, enjoy. Oh and I recommend saving the skin to deep fry with either sweet bbq or gyoza sauce, it’s delicious.
