My 14 years old daughter was having a very hard time with the floor. She didn't what them but her supper "bad mom" got her and know she doesn't have any pain in her hips. This is a most have!!!

These hip pads are a hip saver for my daughter. This is her 2nd pair. They definitely protect her hips from bruising & floor burns. She’s recommended these to all her floor sliding teammates.

My daughter uses this for high school volleyball and it has helped so much. She no longer has bruised hips all the time, she does occasionally bc it does move around from time to time mainly bc she tucks in her jersey and it’s big in her.

Got this for my daughter from volleyball. She was brushing her hips to where it hurt To walk. Since this no bruises at all.. it’s thin enough you can’t see it even though the jersey is tight. She is 5’3 and107 and got a the smallest size. It’s gel and no foamSo she loves it.

My daughter plays volleyball and her coach expects no ball ever hits the floor so she dives often. She had a terrible time with her back and needed chiropractic work for a pinched nerve. After an exhaustive search I found the bruise belt. At first she would not try them because she thought she would look bumpy. Teen girls are so fun. Thankfully another team mate was having horrible bruising and her mom ordered the same belt without telling me. We are keeping the belt and honestly you hardly notice it is there. I can only see it because I know it is there. She says she knows it there but there was minimal complaint about it so I know it is comfortable. Her first time using the belt she was in it at 6am and played game after game in a club volleyball type jamboree and did not take the belt off for over 10 hours. No complaints about comfort. She wears it under her spandex it stays in place and I have never seen her adjust or fiddling with it so it awesome. I did wash and dry as directed and it went well. I only wish I had known about this product before the season started. Like ankle braces this belt is going to be part of our mandatory safety gear. Thank you for making this product.

As many reviewers have mentioned, this is a must have for a volleyball DS! My daughter is a libero and had hip bruises that limited her desire to sprawl for the ball. We got this belt and it changed everything for her! She wears it under her spandex (see pic). It doesn't slip or need adjustment. We loved the gel padding so much that we also tried the knee pads for practice protection (sponsor logo must show during matches) and they are equally fantastic! The price is well worth the safety. This belt will help to ensure that my athlete doesn't experience unnecessary injuries. This is a great product that should be required for all volleyball DSs!

This band is a necessity! My daughter’s hips were extremely bruised from volleyball diving. She wears this now and is comfortable and protected!
