I've had this wireless doorbell for about 1 month now. Installation was easy. My only problem was the included 16GB sd card that was included was not recognized by the device even when I formatted to all 3 formats available. Luckily I had a spare sd card on hand that worked.The company reached out to me to see if everything was good with my purchase and answered any questions/concerns that I had. Once they heard of my problem with the sd card they kindly returned the cost of the sd card to me. I think it was around $6. I was quite surprised by the gesture.So, installation was straight forward and setup was a breeze. My wifi modem is upstairs (Fios) and was strong enough to reach outside to the device. The device works as described. I only have a couple of minor problems with the device. Maybe the company be able to update the problem in a firmware update.1. The PIR motion sensor is very sensitive. Even on the lowest setting it still detects movement from about 30-40 feet away. This sets off the alert on my phone. Cars that drive on the street in front of my house sets the alert off. I usually turn off the notifications but that kind of defeats the purpose.2. Battery life. The description says up to 6 months of stand-by time. I've had my device for 1 month now and it shows on my phone to be about 75% battery life left before I need to charge again. At this rate I see it maybe lasting 3 months before needing to charge at the most 4 months. Minor inconvenience because you have to get this small hex tool out and take this tiny screw out that is locking the device in.Overall, It is a good device. ON A SIDE NOTE...... after searching online, I found that you can buy the exact same device without the branding for $35!!!! I paid $70 which is not too awful but I wished I had only paid $35.Hope this helps somebody on deciding.

Giving five stars because i'm still working out the kinks (more so my user ability than the doorbells) and i'm not going to take off a star due to my newbie status with this app. It was easy to download with the QR code in the installation book. Had a blonde moment getting the back cover off, didn't think it would be that easy. Luckily i have a charger for these batteries so i left them on charge overnight to make sure i start out full. Looks very pleasing you the eye. The app doesn't have much of a delay. Picture looks very clear even with my crappy screen shots. Adjusts to night vision pretty seamlessly. All seems like it's a great product for an incredible price. Can't wait to set up everything exactly how I want it. So beyond happy with this purchase!!

Great video quality, audio great, not much of a dekay, and waa pleasantly surprised it worked on my rather slow wifi.Only had it for about a week. So far so good!

I took pictures as I unpacked Wireless Doorbell Camera. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. Mounting the base beside my rear door was simple with the included screws, then the camera snaps snugly onto the base. It feels like a quality item; sturdy and not cheap or flimsy. Set up was very easy on my Iphone using my home WiFi and the software found online; I have not tried it with an Android phone. Few people would come to my back door unless they were trying to break in. It is reassuring to know that the motion detection would let me know if someone was there. Warned is much better than surprised!

It works well after connect to wifi.I always wanted to have a doorbell like this, but I was having trouble connecting to WiFi, and I did not succeed twice. I like to research and find a solution. After I change the settings of my mobile phone, I successfully connect. Change the location in the phone settings to "always". Hope to help others. Mine is an Apple phone.

Very Easy to setup.I didn't know how to open the back cover when I first received it, but after a while I found it was easy to open. Hold the doorbell body tightly, then push the back cover downward with your thumbs, then the doorbell body will be very easily to be taken off from the back cover. On the back of the doorbell body, you will find the clip on the right middle of the battery cover. Press the clip with your nails and then the battery cover will also be easily removed from the doorbell body. Then you can install it.

This door bell is awesome! It allows me to hear, speak to, and see, those at my door when I'm on the third floor of my house! It's so great!

Worst product we have purchased on Amazon. Worked great the first day and then they did some kind of upgrade that messed everything up. Lots of people were complaining on line. I had my husband take it out and we are getting something that is better quality.
